تدوین برنامه استراتژیک اشتغال دانش آموختگان تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با رویکرد کارآفرینی

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تدوین برنامه استراتژیک اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با رویکرد کارآفرینی بوده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی، با توجه به هدف از نوع زمینه‌یابی (پیمایشی) و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، میدانی بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید، مدیران و صاحب‌نظران حوزه آموزش و اشتغال دانش آموختگان علوم ورزشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بوده است. نمونه آماری به تعداد 46 نفر به صورت هدفمند از میان اساتید، مدیران و کارشناسان علوم ورزشی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه، پرسشنامه و تکنیکهای زمینه‌یابی دلفی بوده است. روایی محتوایی ابزارها با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی و تایید گردید. جهت تحلیل یافته‌ها از روش سوات استفاده شد. 61 مولفه راهبردی شناسایی شده از فرایند دلفی شامل قوت‌ها، ضعف‌ها، فرصت-ها و تهدیدها بودند. این مولفه ها در شش منظر ساختاری و مدیریتی، حمایت‌ها و خدمات، آموزشی- علمی، اطلاعات و ارتباطات، صنعت و بازار، فردی و رفتاری چارچوب‌بندی شدند. بیشترین مولفه‌ مربوط به منظر آموزشی و علمی(15 مولفه) و بخش تهدیدها(17 مولفه) بود. ماتریس ارزیابی نشان داد که موقعیت راهبردی در حوزه ثبات، نزدیک به رشد قرار دارد. شناسایی این موقعیت حاکی از آن است که علیرغم وجود مشکلات، سیستم اشتغال مبتنی بر کارآفرینی دانش‌آموختگان علوم ورزشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی نیازمند رسیدن به پایداری نسبی و قرار گرفتن در مسیر رشد است.

development of a strategic employment plan for graduates of physical education and sports sciences of islamic azad university with an entrepreneurial approach

the purpose of this study was to develop a strategic employment plan for graduates of physical education and sports sciences of islamic azad university with an entrepreneurial approach. the present study is of applied type and according to the purpose, it was of contextual type. in terms of data collection method, this research was of field type. the statistical population of the study included professors, managers and experts in the field of education and employment of sports science graduates of islamic azad university and a statistical sample of 46 people were purposefully selected from among professors, managers and sports science experts. data collection tools included library study, interviews, questionnaires and delphi survey techniques. the content validity of the tools was evaluated and confirmed using experts’ opinions and its reliability was evaluated using cronbach’s alpha method. swat method was used to analyze the findings and 61 strategic components identified from the delphi process included strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. these components were framed in six structural and managerial perspectives, support and services, educational-scientific, information and communication, industry and market, individual and behavioral, and the most components related to the educational and scientific perspective (15 components) and threats ( 17 components). the evaluation matrix showed that the strategic position in the field of stability is close to growth. recognition of this situation indicates that despite the problems, the employment system based on entrepreneurship of sports science graduates of the islamic azad university needs to achieve relative stability and be on the path of growth
