اکتشاف کیفی عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ نهضت داوطلبی در ورزش همگانی شهر تهران

پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ نهضت داوطلبی در ورزش همگانی تهران را کشف کند. روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع کیفی است. جامعۀ مورد بررسی کارشناسان تربیت بدنی مناطق 22گانۀ شهرداری تهران بودند. نمونۀ مورد بررسی به‌صورت تصادفی و تا رسیدن داده‌ها به اشباع نظری انتخاب شد. بخشی از نمونۀ مورد بررسی تحلیل محتوای تحقیقات انجام‌پذیرفته را شامل می‌شد. برای کدگذاری از نرم‌افزار maxqda 11 استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق گویه‌های هریک از عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی را تبیین کرد؛ به‌طوری‌که برای عامل اقتصادی 7 طبقة فرعی یا گویه، عامل فرهنگی 14 طبقة فرعی یا گویه، و برای عامل اجتماعی 11 طبقة فرعی یا گویه اکتشاف شد. با توجه به خلا تحقیقی در بررسی این عوامل، تحقیق حاضر در این مورد بدیع و تازه است. ازاین‌رو برای شناسایی ابعاد دقیق و به‌منظور افزایش دقت تحقیق مستلزم تحقیقات بیشتر است.

A Qualitative Exploration of Factors Influencing the Development of Voluntary Movement at Sport for All in Tehran City

This study aimed to explore those factors influencing the development of volunteering at sport for all of Tehran. The research method of this study was qualitative and the population included physical education experts from 22 areas of Tehran municipality. The research sample was randomly selected until reaching theoretical saturation. A part of the sample included a content analysis on some researches in volunteering scope. MAXQDA11 software was used for coding. The results explained criteria of economic, social and cultural aspects. As a result, 7 criteria were explored for economic aspect; 14 criteria were explored for cultural aspect, and 11 criteria for social aspect. Because of the lack of existing comprehensive research on these aspects of volunteering, this research was novel. Hence, more research is required in this area to identify exact aspects and increase accuracy of research.
