طراحی پرسشنامه دارایی های نامشهود لیگ حرفه ای فوتبال ایران

در فرایند واگذاری باشگاه‌های لیگ حرفه‌ای فوتبال ایران به بخش خصوصی، دارایی‌های نامشهود حلقۀ مفقوده ارزش‌گذاری هستند. با توجه به نقصان موجود در شناسایی این دارایی‌ها، هدف از این پژوهش طراحی ابزار مناسب برای شناسایی دارایی‌های نامشهود باشگاه‌های لیگ حرفه‌ای فوتبال ایران بود که پس از مطالعۀ منابع مختلف،‌ فهرست اولیه‌ای از 35 عامل در قالب چهار بعد اصلی تهیه شد. این پرسشنامه توسط صاحب‌نظران ارزیابی و ویرایش شد تا روایی صوری و محتوایی آن بررسی شود. در نهایت، 7 مورد حذف و پرسشنامه‌ای با 28 عامل تنظیم شد و پرسشنامۀ نهایی در میان 274 نفر که به روش نمونه‌گیری آسان انتخاب شدند، توزیع شد. این تحقیق براساس نوع هدف کاربردی است و داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل شده‌اند. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه 0.81 به دست آمد که نشان از پایایی درونی خوب پرسشنامه دارد. همچنین با استفاده از روش دونیمه‌سازی، ‌همبستگی بین دو بخش و ضرایب دونیمه‌سازی گاتمن و اسپیرمن براون تاییدکنندۀ پایایی مناسب پرسشنامه بود.برای تعیین روایی ثبات درونی پرسشنامه از دو ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن استفاده شد که بیشتر عامل‌ها همبستگی خوبی را با نمرۀ کل نشان دادند. در نهایت روایی سازۀ پرسشنامه از طریق تحلیل عاملی تاییدی بررسی شد که شاخص‌های gfi, agfi و pgfi نیکویی برازش مدل را تایید کردند. بنابراین، می‌توان این پرسشنامه را به‌عنوان یک ابزار معتبر و قابل اعتماد در اختیار پژوهشگران قرار داد تا در کنار سایر آزمون‌ها، ارزیابی دقیق و جامع‌تری از دارایی‌های نامشهود یک باشگاه فوتبال به‌عمل آورند.

To Design a Questionnaire of Intangible Assets in Professional Football League of Iran

“Intangible assets” is the missing key of valuing when transferring Iran football professional league clubs to the private sector. As these assets are not completely identified, the aim of this study was to design a desirable instrument to identify intangible assets in Iran football professional league clubs. After the literature review, an initial list of 35 factors in 4 main scales was developed. A group of experts evaluated and revised this questionnaire so that its content and face validity could be examined. Finally, 7 factors were omitted and a questionnaire with 28 items was designed and distributed among 274 subjects who were selected by convenience sampling method. This study was application in terms of aims and the data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained as 0.81 by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient which showed the proper internal consistency of the questionnaire. The splithalf method, correlation between two parts and the splithalf coefficients of Guttman and SpearmanBrown confirmed the proper reliability of the questionnaire. Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients were used to determine the validity and internal consistency of the questionnaire and most items showed a good correlation with the total score. Finally, construct validity of the questionnaire by confirmatory factor analysis and GFI, PGFI and AGFI confirmed appropriate fit of the model. Therefore, researchers can employ this questionnaire as a reliable and valid instrument so that they can evaluate intangible assets of a football club more accurately and comprehensively along with other tests.
