ارزیابی اقدامات تطبیقی تغییر اقلیم بر درآمد کشاورزان روستایی شهرستان کاشمر در دشت ترشیز

تغییرات آب و هوایی که با گرم شدن زمین و تهدید بالقوه شدیدی را برای اکوسیستم‌های طبیعی و توسعه پایدار منابع طبیعی ایجاد می‌کند و اثرات منفی تغییرات اقلیم هم بر محیط زیست و اقتصاد کشور تاثیر می‌گذارد. در این مقاله، ما یک مدل برنامه‌ریزی ریاضی مثبت برای ارزیابی اقدامات تطبیقی تغییر اقلیم بر درآمد کشاورزان روستایی و مدیریت منابع طبیعی در دشت ترشیز پرداخته شده است. ابتدا روند تغییرات دما و بارش در دشت ترشیز طی سال‌های 1398-1360 بررسی انجام شد. سپس، با استفاده از تحلیل‌های رگرسیونی اثر متغیرهای متوسط دما و بارش سالانه بر عملکرد و سطح زیر کشت محصولات منتخب زراعی این دشت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تغییر اقلیم بر بهبود اصلاح الگو کشت تاثیر مثبتی بر درآمد خانوار کشاورز داشته است. برای تحقق توسعه پایدار در زمینه تغییرات اقلیم، توسعه پایدار منابع طبیعی تحت حفاظت از محیط زیست (حفظ مراتع و پوشش گیاهان) باید افزایش یابد. از طرفی عملکرد اغلب محصولات منتخب اثر منفی و معنی‌داری داشته و منجر به کاهش سطح زیر کشت گندم آبی، زعفران و بادمجان در الگوی زراعی دشت ترشیز می‌شود. با رخداد تغییر اقلیم مجموع بازده ناخالص کشاورزان روستایی دشت ترشیز به میزان 11.17 درصد و مجموع آب مصرفی در الگوی کشت 5.77 درصد نسبت به شرایط سال پایه کاهش می‌یابد. پیشنهاد می‌شود که از روش‌های کم آبیاری، فناوری‌های بذر اصلاح شده و پربازده از لحاظ مقاومت به خشکسالی و حفاظت از پوشش کیاهایی مراتع (عدم چرای دام در مرتع) استفاده شود

evaluation of adaptive measures of climate change on the income of rural farmers in tarshiz plain

climate change, which poses a serious threat to natural ecosystems and the sustainable development of natural resources with global warming, and the negative effects of climate change on the environment and the country’s economy. in this paper, we present a positive mathematical planning model for evaluating adaptive measures of climate change on rural farmers’ incomes and natural resource management in the tarshiz plain. first, the trend of temperature and precipitation changes in tarshiz plain during the years 1083-2020 was studied. then, using regression analyzes the effect of average temperature and annual rainfall variables on yield and area under cultivation of selected crops in this plain was investigated. the results showed that climate change had a positive effect on the income of the farmer household on improving the improvement of the cultivation pattern. to achieve sustainable development in the field of climate change, sustainable development of natural resources under environmental protection (rangeland conservation and vegetation) must be increased. on the other hand, the yield of most selected crops has a negative and significant effect and leads to a decrease in the area under irrigated wheat, saffron and eggplant in the crop pattern of tarshiz plain. with the occurrence of climate change, the total gross yield of rural farmers in tarshiz plain decreases by 11.17% and the total water consumption in the cultivation pattern decreases by 5.77% compared to the base year conditions. it is recommended to use low-irrigation methods, improved and high-yield seed technologies in terms of drought resistance and protection of pasture cover (no grazing of livestock in the rangeland).
