مروری روشمند بر مبانی دینی آموزش نیروی انسانی از منظر نهج‌البلاغه

در دنیای پر تلاطم امروز، یکی از مهمترین مولّفه‌ها، جهت حفظ و بقای سازمان، داشتن نیروی کار ماهر و آموزش دیده است، و با توجه به اینکه تاثیرپذیری از ارزش‌های نظام آموزشی بیگانه و درهم‌آمیزی آن‌ها با نظام آموزشی خود بیش از پیش شده است، بنابراین ضرورت بازگشت به منابع اصیل و غنی چون قرآن کریم و داشتن یک منبع آموزشی و پرورشی برای کارکنان سازمان ‌ها بر مبنای مبانی اسلامی اهمیت بسیاری دارد. لذا با توجه به مورد مذکور، هدف پژوهش حاضر مرور سیستماتیک بر مبانی دینی آموزش و پرورش نیروی انسانی از منظر نهج‌ البلاغه می ‌باشد. به این منظور از رویکرد کتابخانه ‌ای و روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی از متن نهج ‌البلاغه در سه دسته خطبه ‌ها، نامه ‌ها و قصار ها و تفسیر آن ها استفاده شد. نتایج حاصله شامل: ضرورت آموزش و پرورش نیروی انسانی، استفاده از روش الگوبرداری، لزوم پیروی از ابعاد والای تربیتی، ضرورت عمل به علم (دانش ذاتی یا اکتسابی) می ‌باشد.

a systematic review of religious foundations of manpower education in nahj al-balaghah

in today’s fast-paced world, one of the most important components for the preservation and survival of the organization is having a skilled and trained workforce. considering that the influence of foreign educational system values and mixing them with their educational system has increased more than before, the need to return to original and rich sources such as the holy quran and having an educational resource for the employees of organizations based on islamic principles is very important. therefore, the current research aims to systematically review the religious foundations of human resources education from perspective of nahj al-balaghah. to this end, the library approach and the method of qualitative content analysis of nahj al-balaghah in three categories of sermons, letters, and aphorisms and their interpretation were used. the results indicate the necessity of manpower education and training, the use of modelling methods, the necessity of following high educational dimensions, and the necessity of practicing science (inherent or acquired knowledge).
