انتخابات و استعاره‌ی امانت در آموزه های نهج‌البلاغه

استعاره به مثابه ابزاری در دست محققین مطالعات معناشناختی می باشد، تا به وسیله آن به کشف مفاهیم جدید بپردازند. استعاره با ساده سازی مفهومی سبب می‌شود مفاهیم غامض در پیشگاه فهم انسان قرار گرفته و روشن گردند. در مورد انتخابات در فرهنگ سیاسی ایران، استعارات گوناگونی استعمال شده است و از انتخابات به مثابه فرهنگ، نظام سیاسی، ثمره ی فرهنگ سیاسی، ابزار سلطه، تعهد و ... یاد شده است، اما چند سالی است استعاره امانت وارد ادبیات سیاسی ایران شده و از رای مردم و نتیجه انتخابات به عنوان امانت یاد می شود. با توجه به نشات گرفتن این تعبیر از فقه سیاسی، بر آن شدیم تا با استفاده از آموزه های عمیق نهج البلاغه، به واکاوی این تعبیر بپردازیم تا روشن شود که آیا می توان امانی دانستن آرای مردم را منتسب به شرع دانست، یا خیر؟ از طرفی روشن گردد که آرای مردم امانت حقیقیه است تا دارای تبعات فقهی باشد، یا فقط تعبیری استعاری است که در جهت تبیین این مقوله بکار رفته است؟ این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی نوشته شده، با بررسی فرازهایی از نهج البلاغه، ماهیت انتخابات، آرای مردمی و نتیجه ی انتخابات فرضیه دوم را تقویت نموده است و گزاره ی «انتخابات امانت است» را صرفا یک تعبیر استعاری نمی داند.

elections and metaphor of trust in nahj al-balaghah teachings

metaphor is a tool in the hands of semantic studies researchers to discover new concepts. through  simplifying the concept, metaphor makes the ambiguous concepts understandable.various metaphors have been used regarding elections in iran’s political culture and elections have been mentioned as culture, political system, the outcome of political culture, a tool of domination, commitment, etc. but for several years, the metaphor of trust has entered the political literature of iran, and the people’s vote and the result of the election are referred to as trust. considering the origin of this interpretation from political jurisprudence, we decided to analyze this interpretation by using the deep teachings of nahj al-balaghah in order to clarify whether it is possible to attribute the trustworthiness of people’s votes to sharia or not? on the other hand, it should be clarified that people’s votes are a real trust so that they have jurisprudential consequences or is it just a metaphorical interpretation used to explain this category? this research is written in a descriptive-analytical method. by examining passages from nahj al-balaghah, the nature of elections, people’s vote, and the results of the elections, second hypothesis have been strengthened so the statement &elections are a trust& is not merely a metaphorical interpretation.
