اقتصاد مقاومتی با تکیه بر نقش دولت و مردم از منظر قرآن و نهج البلاغه

اقتصاد مقاومتی مفهومی است که در پی مقاوم‌سازی و بحران‌زدایی مطرح می‌شود و به معنای خودکفایی جامعه به منابع مادی و انسانی خویش است به‌گونه‌ای که بتواند در برابر فشارهای گوناگون درونی و بیرونی نیز مقاومت کند. این پژوهش با استفاده از دو منبع قرآن و نهج‌البلاغه با شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها تدوین یافت. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها ابتدا آیات قرآن و متن نهج‌البلاغه با رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت سپس داده‌ها با تمرکز بر نقش دولت و مردم در تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی گزینش و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد این منابع برای رسیدن به اقتصادی خودکفا، آموزه‌های متعددی از ضرورت آموزش، کاربرد قوانین و تکالیف شرعی در مفاسد اقتصادی و بیان راهبردهای توسعه اقتصادی در حوزه‌های مختلف تولید، توزیع و .... با تمرکز بر نقش حکومت و مردم ارائه می‌دهد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق، جامعه اسلامی مکلّف به بازنگری و تصحیح عملکرد اقتصادی خویش و الگو‌پردازی در عرصه اقتصادی است و در این بین با تکیه بر منابع اسلامی(قرآن و نهج‌البلاغه)که همواره خواهان عزت‌مداری، رفاه مادی و معنوی و اقتصادی خودکفا و ... بوده و با تبدیل گزاره‌های توصیفی به گزاره‌های علمی، می‌توان اقتصاد جامعه را مدیریت و به تحول اقتصادی دست یافت.

resistance economy through relying on role of government and people based on quran and nahj al-balaghah

resistance economy is a concept that is raised after status building and de-crisis it means the self-sufficiency of the society with its material and human resources so that it can withstand various internal and external pressures.this research was compiled by using quran and nahj al-balaghah through data collection method. to collect the data, the verses of the quran and the text of nahj al-balaghah were studied based on resistance economy then, the data was selected and analyzed by focusing on the role of the government and the people in realizing the resistance economy.the findings showed that to reach a self-sufficient economy, these two resources, provide many teachings of the necessity of education, the application of sharia laws and duties in avoiding economic corruption. they also express economic development strategies in different areas of production and distribution through focusing on the role of government and people. based on the results of the research, the islamic society is obliged to review and correct its economic performance and set an example in the economic field. in the meantime, relying on islamic sources (qur’an and nahj al-balaghah), which always supporting self-sufficient material, spiritual, and economic prosperity, one can turn descriptive into scientific statements and manage the society’s economy to achieve economic transformation.
