بررسی انتقادی رویکرد تربیتِ منش از منظر نهج‌البلاغه

تربیتِ منش یکی از رویکردهای مهم و رایج تربیت اخلاقی در غرب است که در مقایسه با سایر رقبا، به لحاظ توجه به ساحت‌های مختلف شخصیت و منش و همچنین روش‌های مورد استفاده، دارای جامعیت بیشتر و نقص کمتر است. با این وجود، بنا به مبانی متفاوت ارزش‌شناسی اسلامی و مکاتب فلسفی غرب، این پرسش مطرح است که آیا استفاده از آن برای جوامع اسلامی نیز مناسب و از جامعیت لازم برخوردار است؟ از آنجا که مجموعه آموزه‌های اخلاقی و ارزشی نهج‌البلاغه به مثابه رویکردی در تربیت اخلاقی است که مطابق با مبانی ارزش‌شناسی اسلامی است، در این پژوهش به عنوان مبنایی برای بررسی و نقد رویکرد فوق استفاده شده است. بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش بررسی و نقد رویکرد تربیت منش از منظر نهج‌البلاغه به لحاظ جامعیت توجه به ساحت‌های مختلف شخصیت و منش و روش‌های مورد استفاده، است. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از حیث رویکرد کیفی و  با روش تحلیلی- انتقادی انجام شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی است رویکرد تربیت منش علیرغم جامعیت نسبی که به لحاظ توجه به ساحت‌های مختلف شخصیت و منش دارد، از منظر نهج‌البلاغه دارای اشکالاتی است و روش‌های ارائه شده در آن نیز اگر چه مفید و سودمندند، ولی الزاماً نمی‌توانند به تنهایی منجر به نتایج مطلوب و پایدار شوند.

a critical examination of character education approach based on nahj al-balaghah

character education is one of the most critical and common approaches to moral education in the west, which is more comprehensive and less defective in paying attention to different aspects of personality, behaviour, and methods compared to other cases. nevertheless, based on the various foundations of islamic values and western philosophical schools, this question arises that whether the character education approach is suitable for islamic societies and necessary for comprehensiveness. since the moral and value teachings of nahj al-balaghah are an approach in moral education that follows the foundations of islamic values, it has been used in this research to examine and criticize this approach. therefore, this research aims to investigate and criticize the character education approach from the perspective of nahj al-balaghah to indicate different aspects of personality, character, and the methods used. this research is practical in terms of its purpose and has been done with a qualitative approach and analytical-critical method. the study results indicate that despite the relative comprehensiveness of the character education approach from the point of view of paying attention to different aspects of character and behavior, it has some problems based on nahj al-balaghah. although the methods presented in it are beneficial, they cannot necessarily lead to desirable results.
