بررسی مولفه‌های معنوی رهبری در سازمان از منظر آموزه‌های نهج‌البلاغه

رهبران با استفاده از شاخص‌های معنویّت در سازمان، نوعی انگیزش درونی برای خویش فراهم نموده و از طرفی با جهت دهی به رفتارهای پیروان خود و تعمیق ارزش‌های درونی ایشان، زمینه‌ای برای انگیزش بیرونی زیرمجموعه خود فراهم می‌آورند. از این روی با توجّه به توانایی و ظرفیت بالقوه موجود در سیره امام علی علیه السلام و به خصوص در نهج‌البلاغه ، می‌توان به آموزه‌هایی متمایز درباره مولفه‌های رهبری معنوی دست یافت.از این رو، در این مقاله با مداقّه درسیره و سخن حضرت علی علیه السلام با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، مولفه‌های رهبری معنوی در سازمان، استخراج، تحلیل و استنباط شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که مولفه‌های رهبری معنوی در آموزه‌های امام علی علیه السلام همچون ابعاد مربوط به بینش انسان در محورهای باورها، عقلانیت و تخصص‌گرایی؛ در ابعاد نگرش انسان در دو محور عاطفی و فرهنگ سازی و در ابعاد کنش انسان در دو محور رفتاری و هدایت‌گری است.‬ و از آنجا که  معنویّت در کنار بعد مادی، یکی از ابعاد وجودی انسان و یک نیاز فطری است، در صورتی که نسبت به این بعد غفلت ورزیده شود، برون‌داد آن، گمراهی و ظلم و ستم به خویشتن و دیگران و محرومیت و درماندگی می‌شود.

investigating the spiritual components of leadership in organization based on teachings of nahj al-balaghah

through indicators of spirituality in the organization, leaders provide a kind of internal motivation for themselves. on the other hand, by directing the behavior of their followers and deepening their inner values, they provide a basis for the external motivation of their subordinates. considering the ability and potential capacity of the sirah of imam ali (as) and nahj al-balaghah, achieving distinctive teachings about the components of spiritual leadership is possible. therefore, in this article, the life and speech of hazrat ali were investigated through a descriptive-analytical method, and the components of spiritual leadership in the organization were extracted, analyzed, and deduced. the research findings show that the components of spiritual leadership in the teachings of imam ali (as) include dimensions related to human beliefs, rationality, and specialization. human insight consists of two axes of emotional and cultural formation, and human action includes two axes of behavior and guidance. since spirituality, along with the material aspect, is one of the aspects of human existence and an innate need, if this dimension is neglected, its output will be misguidance, oppression of oneself and others, deprivation, and helplessness.
