بررسی روش های رفتاری آسیب زا در تربیت با تکیه بر معارف علوی

همه انسان‌ها برای رفع نیازهای خود در جامعه و دوری از انفعال، نیاز به برقراری ارتباط با افراد جامعه دارند و زمانی می‌توانند با دیگران رابطه برقرار کنند که بتوانند افکار، علایق و ذهنیات خود را در قالب رفتار، به دیگران منتقل نمایند. بنابراین، رفتار که تنها راه برقراری ارتباط انسان با محیط اطراف اوست، یکی از مهم‌ترین ابعاد زندگی انسان به شمار می‌رود. از طرفی رفتار، مهم‌ترین بستر بروز تربیت صحیح یا ناصحیح در انسان بوده و یکی از راه‌های دستیابی به تربیت صحیح، آشنایی با روش‌های رفتاری آسیب‌زا در تربیت است. با این توصیف این پژوهش بر آن است، با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و با استفاده از متون دینی و داده‌های علوم معاصر به تبیین مهم‌ترین روش‌های رفتاری آسیب‌زا در تربیت با تکیه بر معارف علوی بپردازد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مهم‌ترین این روش‌ها؛ تنبیه، تشویق نابه‌جا و جدال بوده و راه‌کارهایی همچون رعایت اصول تنبیه و تشویق و به کار گیری آن در زمان و مکان خود و دوری از برخورد خصمانه با کودک می‌توان ارائه کرد.

investigating traumatic behavioral methods in education based on alevi teachings

all human beings need to communicate with individuals in society to avoid being inactive and passive. they are able to communicate with others when they can transmit their thoughts, interests, and mentalities in the form of behavior. so, behavior as one of the most important aspects of human life is the only way for human beings to communicate with their surroundings. on the other hand, behavior is the most important context for incorrect or correct education in humans and one of the ways to obtain correct education is to learn about traumatic behaviors in education. therefore, this study through a descriptive-analytical method seeks to explain the most important traumatic behaviors methods in education by relying on alawite theology and using religious texts and data from contemporary sciences. the findings of the study show that the most important of these methods are punishment, improper encouragement and controversy, and strategies such as adherence to the principles of punishment and encouragement and its application in their own time and place and avoidance of hostile behavior toward the child.
