کشف قواعد مدیریتی از کلام علوی

رهنمودهای علوی در عرصه مدیریت می‌تواند راهگشای مدیران دیروز، امروز و فردا باشد. البته این رهنمودها گاه در قالب یک سلسله قضایا یا قواعد کلی ارائه شده است که با توجه به آن، این پرسش مطرح است که روش‌شناسی یا شیوه کشف این قواعد چگونه است و با اصول موجود در مدیریت چگونه پیوند می‌خورد؟ بدین منظور باید به سراغ دلالت‌های روشن متن رفت که مبتنی بر اصول لفظی و اصول عقلایی است و از دانش مدیریت فقط برای تایید بیشتر و ایضاح فزون‌تر قاعده یاری جست. با این روش، می‌توان به عبارت‌هایی دست یافت که به‌عنوان قاعده مدیریتی نمایان می‌شوند. البته باید در این راستا مراقب آسیب‌های روش‌شناسی از قبیل التقاط، استقرای ناقص، برخورد گزینشی از کلام امام و مشکلات پژوهش‌های میان‌رشته‌ای بود. قاعده‌ای که در این مقاله ارائه شده است، قاعده پرهیز از پراکنده‌کاری در عرصه مدیریت است که از جمله «مَنْ اَوْمَاَ اِلَى مُتَفَاوِتٍ خَذَلَتْهُ الْحِیَلُ» برگرفته شده است.

Discovering Management Principles from Alawi Speech and Mentioning an Example

Imam Alis teachings in the field of management may be a guide for managers. In some cases, the teachings have been given in a chain of universal propositions and rules on the basis of which the question rises as: how the rules may be extracted and related to present principles of management? Following the purpose, one should notice clear denotations of text being based upon verbal and reasonable rules; present rules of management may be used for confirming and making them clearer only. By the method one can meet some expressions appearing as managerial rules. It would be necessary for the researcher to be careful on such methodological faults as eclecticism, defective examination, arbitrary using of Imam`s speeches and the difficulties of interdisciplinary studies. The managerial rule centered on in the paper is the rule avoiding dispersed measures in the field of management extracted from Imam`s saying: those of dispersed actions are exposed to defeat.
