سبک تعامل امام علی(ع) با اقلیت‌های مذهبی

حکومت کوتاه امام علی(ع) دستاوردهای علمی و عملی فراوانی را برای اداره جوامع و برخورد با اقشار، اصناف و گروه‌های مختلف مذهبی و عقیدتی به ارمغان آورده است. این مقاله در صدد است تا سبک و سیره امام علی(ع) با اقلیت‌های مذهبی را به‌عنوان یک نظام وظیفه‌گرا، متکی بر عقل و تکیه بر شرع بررسی نماید. بررسی زوایای زندگی امام علی(ع) و سخنان ایشان، نشان می‌دهد اصول و مبنای رفتاری آن حضرت با غیرمسلمانان، بر اساس هدایت، صلح و دوستی، حفظ عزت مسلمین و بر پایه قوانین اسلامی است. بنابر مبنای امام(ع) اقلیت‌ها باید در حوزه تعاملات اجتماعی به قوانین جامعه اسلامی پایبند باشند و به فکر هیچ‌گونه تحرک و تسلطی بر مسلمانان نباشند تا بتوانند آزادانه در سرزمین‌های اسلامی زندگی کنند، مسلمانان نیز باید بنابر قوانین اسلامی با آنان معاشرت و دادوستد داشته باشند، همچنان که حکومت اسلامی نیز وظیفه دارد امنیت آنان را حفظ و به وظایف خود در قبال آنان عمل کند. سبک زندگی و نوع گفتار آن حضرت به‌خوبی نشانگر عزتمندی مسلمانان همراه با عدالت و عزت‌مداری در برابر غیرمسلمان است، چنانکه آن حضرت در نامه 53 می‌فرماید: «امّا اخ لک فى الدّین او نظیر لک فى الخلق».

Transparency of Information, Economic Justice, Alawi Rule.

Imam Ali’s short rule has brought many scientific and practical achievements useable in managing communities and dealing with different sects, guilds, and religious groups. This paper seeks to study the style and manner used by Imam Ali (A), as a ruler in a function-based, wise and religious system, with regard to religious minorities. As is clear by Imam Ali’s aspects of life and words, his principles and rules of behavior with non-Muslims are based on guidance, peace and friendship, preservation of the dignity of Muslims in accordance with Islamic law. According to Imam`s bases, religious minorities must adhere to the laws of the Islamic society in the field of social interactions and have not any thought of domination over Muslims; such being the case, they can live freely in Islamic lands, and Muslims should also interact them according to Islamic law. As it is necessary for Islamic government also to provide their security and perform its duties toward them. Imam`s lifestyle and speech clearly reflect Islamic Government`s honour, power and glory along with justice tward  non-Muslims, the fact referred to by Imam in the letter 53: imma akhu l-laka fi d-din aw naziru l-laka fi l-khalq.
