کمال در کلام امیرالمومنین علی علیه السلام

نگرش امیرالمومنین علیه السلام به موضوع کمال، نگرشی خاص است. بیاناتی از حضرت در مورد کمال وارد شده است که بعضاً نظیری در دیگر سخنان معصومین علیه السلام ندارد. از جمله این ‌که کمال در دنیا مفقود است، که برای فهم این سخن باید به اقسام دنیا که عبارتند از دنیای ممدوح و مذموم و نیز رابطه بین دنیا و آخرت توجه نماییم. در یک نگرش کلی می‌توان گفت که کمال در عرصه‌های مختلف مورد توجه آن حضرت قرار گرفته است که در قالب نگرش ایجابی و نگرش سلبی قابل تبیین است. اما نگرش ایجابی امیرالمومنین به بحث کمال، شامل چندین جهت است. یک جهت، توجه به ارزش ذاتی انسان دارد که همانا عقل و خرد اوست. جهت دیگر وجه ایجابی کمال مربوط به رابطه زبان و قلب است. زبان انسان تابع قلب اوست و اگر آدمی بخواهد شخصیتش را حفظ کند، باید مواظب قلب خویش باشد، چرا که زبان مظهر قلب آدمی است. درنتیجه اگر کسی از لحاظ دل، دلیر و از جهت زبان گویا باشد، هم از جهت قلب در معرفت خدا و حمایت از یاد او موفق است و هم از لحاظ زبان در نشر معارف دینی و تزکیه نفوس و خدمت به جامعه کامیاب.

Perfection, in the words of Amir al-mu’minin Ali (AS)

Amir al-mu’minin’s attitude towards the issue of perfection is particular. He has mentioned some statements about perfection, and similar to these statements cannot be found in the words of other infallibles (peace be upon them). According to him, perfection is missing in the world. To understand this sentence, we must pay attention to the types of the world i.e. the praised and condemned worlds, and the relationship between world and hereafter. In a general view, it can be said that Imam has considered perfection in various fields, which can be explained in the form of positive attitudes and negative attitudes. But Amir al-mu’minin’s positive attitude to perfection includes several directions. One direction pays attention to man’s intrinsic value, intellect, and wisdom. The other one considers positive aspect of perfection related to the relationship between language and heart. Man’s tongue is subject to his heart, and if a person wants to maintain his personality, he must take care of his heart, because the tongue symbolizes the heart. Consequently, if one is brave in heart and eloquent in speech, he is successful in knowing God and supporting His remembrance by heart. He is also successful in terms of speech in spreading religious knowledge, soul purification, and serving society.
