اکتشاف الگوی رهبری امام علی علیه السلام از عهدنامه مالک اشتر رحمه الله

هدف این تحقیق دستیابی به الگوی رهبری امام علی علیه السلام درعهدنامه مالک اشتر رحمه الله می باشد و به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش مهم است که الگوی رهبری امام علی علیه السلام با توجه به متن عهدنامه چگونه الگویی است؟ برای یافتن پاسخ این سوال از روش تحقیقمتن پژوهی اکتشافیاستفاده شده است. بدین منظور نخست کل متن عهدنامه با توجه به محتوا و ارتباط موضوعی هربخش به 79 فراز تقسیم شد و با بررسی دقیق، متن هر فراز نمودار مفهومی آن فراز استخراج و ترسیم گردید، به ‌گونه ای که هر نمودار بیانگر رابطه بین مفاهیم و گفتارهای مختلف متن آن فراز باشد. سپس با چندین بار بررسی مجدد کل متن به همراه نمودار فرازها، الگوی نهایی کل متن استخراج گردید که بیانگر الگوی رهبری امام علی علیه السلام در عهدنامه می‌باشد. یافته‌های حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد الگوی رهبری امام علی علیه السلام در عهدنامه الگویی جامع است که بر اساس آن کار رهبر از پیروی خداوند شروع شده و پس از آن خویشتن را رهبری می‌کند و این دو، نقطه عزیمت رهبر به رهبری دیگران است. رهبری مردم و زیردستان نیز در این الگو به دو روش رهبری بی واسطه و رهبری با واسطه (از طریق کارگزاران)انجام می‌گردد. همچنین بر اساس متن عهدنامه بیشترین میزان تاکید امام علی علیه السلام بر تبیین رابطه بین رهبر و مردم بوده و این موضوع از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است.

Exploration of Imam Ali’s leadership Model from Malik Ashtar’s Treaty

This research aims to achieve the leadership model of Imam Ali (AS) in the treaty of Malik Ashtar (RA). It seeks to answer the following question: What is the leadership model of Imam Ali (AS) according to the context of the treaty? To this end, the authors used exploratory textual analysis. For this purpose, first, the entire text of the treaty was divided into 79 verses according to each section’s content and thematic relevance. After that, the conceptual diagram was extracted and drawn through the precise analysis of each phrase. Each diagram indicated the relationship between different concepts and speeches of that phrase. Then by reviewing the entire text several times along with the diagrams of the phrases, the final pattern of the text was extracted, which indicated the leadership model of Imam Ali (AS) in the treaty. Findings of this research show the leadership model of Imam Ali (AS) in the treaty is a comprehensive model according to which the leader’s duty starts by obeying God and then leading himself. These two are the starting point when the leader begins to guide others. In this model, the leadership of people and subordinates is done through direct supervision and indirect leadership (through brokers). Also, according to the treaty, the emphasis of Imam Ali (AS) was on explaining the relationship between leader and people; this issue was of particular importance.
