سیره امیرالمومنین علیه السلام درباره اقلیت‌ها

یکی از مظاهر عدالت که در جوامع بشری مورد سنجش قرار می‌گیرد رعایت حقوق اقلیت‌ها است. و این نشانه‌ای از عدالت اجتماعی در آن جامعه دارد. در این مقاله بر آنیم سیره امیرمومنان علیه السلام را درباره اقلیت‌ها واکاوی کرده و به روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استناد به کتاب‌های معتبر به عملکرد ایشان دراین‌باره به پردازیم. آنچه از گفتار و رفتار و توصیه‌های امام استفاده می‌شود این‌که به همه افراد به‌عنوان یک انسان قابل احترام نگریسته و دستور رعایت حقوق اقشار مختلف را با هر دین و آئین و نژادی توصیه می‌کرد و دستوراتی بسیار شگفت‌انگیز و عالی و متفاوت با دیگران دراین‌باره دارد. عملاً خود نیز به آن پایبند بود. برای همه انسان‌ها با هر تفکری حق حیات قائل بوده و عدالت اجتماعی، قضائی و امنیت اجتماعی و توجه به رفاه و مهربانی در دریافت مالیات را برای همه مردم در نظر داشت. حق آزادی ابراز عقیده به مخالفان خود داده و آنان را از بیت‌المال محروم نمی‌کرد. درباره حقوق اقلیت ها در حکومت علوی مقالات متعددی نوشته‌شده که بر محور فقه است و امتیاز این مقاله در این است که با بیان نکاتی بدیع از سیره حضرت با آنچه دیگران دراین‌باره گفته و نوشته‌اند، متفاوت است.

The Seerah of Amir al Mu’minin (A.S.) regarding Minority Group

The observance of minority rights is one of the manifestations of justice that is measured in societies, and this is a sign of social justice. In this article, the author tries to analyze the life of Amir al Mu’minin (A.S.) about minorities and deal with his performance. So, a descriptive analytical method concerning authoritative books was used. According to the Imam’s speech, behavior, and advice, all people are the same and respectable. He advised the observance of the rights of different classes with any religion, creed, and race. His actions were also in line with his speech and orders. He gave the right to life to all human beings with any thought and used to observe social justice and social security besides attention to welfare and kindness in receiving taxes for all. He agreed that even his opponents should have the freedom of speech; therefore, did not deprive them of bayt al mal. Numerous articles have been written about the rights of minorities in the Alawite, which are mainly based on jurisprudence. Yet, the present study aims to reveal the diverse aspects of Amir al Mu’minin’s seerah.
