دلالت‌های کیفی تربیتی نهج‌البلاغه بر شاخص‌های تدریس موثر

جامعه دینی مبتنی بر منابع اصیل دینی خود، به بازخوانی و طراحی الگوهای کلان اجتماعی می ‌پردازد. در ایران اسلامی که خواهان برپایی تمدن نوین اسلامی است، این مسئله ظهور و بروز بیشتری نیز دارد. یکی از کلان الگوهای نظام اجتماعی در تمدن نوین اسلامی، نظام آموزشی و یکی از منابع اصیل این تمدن نیز نهج البلاغه است. از این رو ضرورت دارد که دلالت‌های تربیتی نهج البلاغه بر شاخصه ‌های تدریس موثر مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. از جمله شاخص‌ های تدریس موثر می ‌توان به گفتار روان، ساده ‌گویی، پرهیز از پیچیده‌ گویی اشاره نمود. از سوی دیگر، نهج البلاغه نیز نوعی ظریف از فصاحت و بلاغت را در بر دارد که هم از لحاظ محتوایی و هم از لحاظ ساختاری می ‌تواند بیانگر الگوی آموزشی مطلوب باشد. این الگوی آموزشی، توانایی سنجش کمی و کیفی نظام آموزشی مطلوب را هم دارد. پژوهش حاضر اطلاعاتی که به صورت کتابخانه ‌ای به دست آورده است، را به صورت توصیفیتحلیلی بررسی نموده و دلالت‌های کیفی تربیتی نهج البلاغه بر شاخصه ‌های تدریس موثر، بررسی و کاوش می ‌گردد. اما طراحی الگوی مطلوب مستنبط از نهج البلاغه به پژوهش ‌های آینده واگذار می ‌گردد.

Qualitative Educational Implications of Nahj Al-Balaghah on Characteristics of Effective Teaching

The religious community, based on its original religious sources, rereads and designs macrosocial models. This issue is even more apparent in Iran, which seeks to establish a new Islamic civilization. One of the significant social system models in the new Islamic civilization is the educational system, and one of the sources of this civilization is Nahj alBalaghah. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the educational implications of Nahj alBalaghah on effective teaching. Among the characteristics of effective teaching are fluent speech, simplification, and avoidance of complexity. Moreover, the subtle eloquence and rhetoric of Nahj alBalaghah represents it as desired educational model regarding content and structure. This educational model can quantitatively and qualitatively measure the desired educational system. The present study obtained the data from the literature review and, using a descriptiveanalytical approach, studied the qualitative educational implications of Nahj alBalaghah on effective teaching. Subsequent studies will provide the desired model based on Nahj alBalaghah guidelines.
