تبیین تاریخی اهتمام امیرالمومنین(ع) در حفظ نیروی انسانی شیعه (مطالعه موردی: وصایای سیاسی امام در نهج‌البلاغه)

بر اساس باور شیعیان، با رحلت رسول الله (ص)، حق خلافت علی بن ابی طالب(ع) که امام بلافصل، بعد از آن جناب بود_ از کف ایشان ربوده شد. آنگونه که به تصریح وی، ایشان با صبری بی بدیل ناگزیر راه چاره را در آن یافت که به منظور حفظ جان اندک یارانِ قائل به امامت خویش، وضعیت موجود را تحمل نماید؛ و وحدت امت اسلام را بر حقّ خویش مقدم بداند. این مجاهدات صبورانه علی بن ابی طالب(ع) برای حفظ حیات نونهال تشیع، پس از پایان گردهمایی سقیفه پیوسته ادامه داشت، تا آنکه با حضور بی نظیر مسلمین بر آستان ایشان، وی را به خلافت برگزیدند. پژوهش حاضر می کوشد به شیوه ی تحلیل تاریخیِ گزاره ‌های موجود در نهج البلاغه، به این سوال پاسخ دهد که امیرالمومنین(ع) در طول مدت خلافت خویش، به ویژه در روزهای واپسین حیاتش، برای استمرار حفظ نیروی انسانی شیعه، به عموم شیعیان چه اندرزهای را توصیه نمود؟ یافته ‌های این پژوهش نشان از آن دارد که امام در پی مواجهه ‌ی شیعیان با مسائل و بحران ‌های سیاسی نوظهور، برای حفظ نیروی انسانی شیعه، آنان را به پایبندی به سه اندرز راهبردی که ماهیتی سیاسی داشت توصیه نمود. نخست، منع آنان از جنگیدن با خوارج پس از پایان حیات وی. دوم، التزام ایشان به تقیه در مواجه با والیان و هواداران معاویه و بنی امیه. سوم، تبعیت کامل آنان از خط مشی سیاسی، اجتماعی و اعتقادی اهل البیت(ع).

Historical Explanation of Amir Al-Mo’menin’s (AS) Endeavor in Preserving the Shiite Human Resources (Case study: Imam’s political testaments in Nahj al-Balaghah)

According to Shiites, with the Prophet’s decease (PBUH), Ali ibn Abi Talib’s caliphate who was the immediate Imam after him was snatched from him. According to him, he inevitably found a solution and to endure the current situation and save his companions’ lives who believed in his Imamate; prioritized the unity of the Muslim Ummah over his right. Ali ibn Abi Talib’s struggles to preserve the lives of the Shiites continued after the end of Saqifa gathering until he was elected to the caliphate with Muslims’ unparalleled presence on his doorstep. By the historical analysis of Nahj alBalaghah, the present study tries to answer the question: What advice did Amir alMu’minin (AS) to the Shiites in general during his caliphate, especially in the last days of his life, to maintain the Shiite human resources? This study’s findings indicate that, when Shiites were confronted with emerging political issues and crises, Imam advised them to adhere to three strategic pieces of advice that had political nature to preserve the Shiite human resources. First, forbidding them from fighting the Kharijites after his death. Second, their commitment to piety in the face of Mu’awiyah and the Umayyads’ governors and supporters. Third, their complete adherence to the political, social, and doctrinal policy of the Ahl alBayt (AS).
