چکیده    Tip-enhanced raman scattering (ters), as a combination of scanning probe microscopy (spm) and surface-enhanced raman spectroscopy (sers) makes a huge progress in high sensitive optical and spectral analysis field by plasmon and plasmonic gradient enhancement. we introduce the mechanisms and setup of ters with several experimental cases. among them, high-vacuum tip-enhanced raman spectroscopy (hv-ters) is introduced in detail by describing the plasmon-driven reactions.
