   angle-insensitive color filters based on multilayer ultrathin-film structures

چکیده    Color filters utilize optical resonance in thin-film nanostructures to obtain vivid reflective or transmissive colors, which has attracted a lot of attention recently. here, we report the angle-insensitive color filters targeting different wavelengths and applications, which can be achieved by metal-dielectric-metal structures. certain combinations of metals and dielectrics are selected to achieve efficient angle-insensitive color filters. the type and the depth of the material both have a significant influence on transmission efficiency. we expect that our work will provide some new insights for structure color applications.
