بررسی امکان کاربست هرمنوتیک تردید در فهم آیات مربوط به زنان

چالش‌های موجود در تفسیر آیات مرتبط با زنان، به‌ویژه در زمینۀ عدالت در دورۀ مدرن، همواره از مسائل پژوهشگران و مفسران دینی بوده است. این مقاله به بررسی این مسئله می‌پردازد که آیا هرمنوتیک تردید می‌تواند به مثابۀ ابزاری برای حل تعارضات موجود در تفسیر این آیات، و ایجاد راه‌های جدید برای بازخوانی آنها استفاده شود. برای بررسی این مسئله، نخست با استفاده از رویکرد الهیات تطبیقی، و با هدف فهم عمیق‌تر دین خود، تجربۀ بهره‌مندی از هرمنوتیک تردید در بازخوانی آیات مربوط به مسائل زنان در کتاب مقدس مرور شد و سپس با تحلیل شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌های برخی شیوه‌های تفسیری قرآن، امکان استفاده از هرمنوتیک تردید و ایجاد راه‌حل‌های جدید بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهند که هرمنوتیک تردید به دلایل مختلف می‌تواند در حل چالش‌های تفسیر آیات زنان و عدالت موثر واقع شود. این روش با تاکید بر نقد پیش‌فرض‌ها، لایه‌های معنایی پرشمار متن، تاثیر روابط قدرت بر تفاسیر و نیز شباهت‌هایی که با برخی سازوکارهای تفسیری اسلامی - مانند قاعدۀ محکم و متشابه، نسخ، اسباب نزول - دارد، می‌تواند ابزاری موثر برای بازاندیشی و ایجاد مسیرهای جدید در تفسیر آیات مرتبط با زنان و عدالت باشد.

he challenges in interpreting quranic verses related to women—particularly concerning justice in the modern era—have long been a subject of debate among scholars and exegetes. this article explores whether the hermeneutics of suspicion can serve as a tool for resolving existing interpretive conflicts and opening new pathways for reinterpreting these verses. to examine this question, the study first reviews the application of the hermeneutics of suspicion in reinterpreting biblical passages related to women, utilizing a comparative theological approach aimed at deepening the understanding of one’s own religious tradition. next, by analyzing the similarities and differences among various quranic exegetical methods, the study evaluates the potential of applying the hermeneutics of suspicion to generate new interpretive solutions. the findings indicate that this approach can effectively address the challenges in interpreting quranic verses on women and justice. by emphasizing the critique of presuppositions, the multilayered meanings of the text, the influence of power dynamics on interpretations, and its parallels with certain islamic exegetical mechanisms—such as the principles of muhkam and mutashabih, naskh, and asbab al-nuzul—the hermeneutics of suspicion can provide a valuable framework for rethinking and developing alternative readings of quranic verses concerning women and justice.
