چکیده
|
Bovine leukemia virus (blv) was detected in blood sera and leukocyte samples of 5 of 50 (10%) dams and 5 of 11 (45.4%) calves of enzootic bovine leucosis (ebl) suspected herd by elisa. all of the samples were also tested by nested-pcr for detection of proviral blv dna in which 5 of 50 (10%) dams and 3 of 11 (27.2%) calves were positive for blv specific 341 bp product. this is the first report of (ebl) in calves in turkey. copyright 2015 zoological society of pakistan.
