|
In this paper,acceptance sampling plans for maxwell distribution are developed when the life test is truncated at a pre-fixed time. the minimum sample sizes necessary to ensure that specified median lifetime,the operating characteristic function values of the sampling plans and producer's risk are presented. an algorithm is provided to establish the sampling plans for other quality parameters. the results are explained with tables and examples. © 2011 pakistan journal of statistics.
