Establishment of effect model of participation experience in enterprise sports games on leisure benefits and organizational commitment

This study aims to understand the effects of employees' participation experience in enterprise sports games on leisure benefits and organizational commitment so as to establish the effect model. participants in the enterprise sports games held by cm hospital in 2012 were selected as the research subjects. with revision,participation experience,leisure benefits,and organizational commitment scales were utilized for questionnaire survey. total 600 questionnaires were distributed,and 489 valid copies (81.5%) were retrieved. with lisrel,the effects of participation experience in enterprise sports games on leisure benefits and organizational commitment are verified,where participation experience appears positive effects on leisure benefits and organizational commitment,organizational commitment presents positive effects on leisure benefits,and leisure benefits is regarded as the mediator for organizational commitment. the research outcomes would assist enterprises in designing more accurate activities suitable for the organizational development and enriching the participation experiences of employees when holding sports games in the future. furthermore,they could provide references for the government and enterprises planning leisure sports and for academic research. © 2012 pakistan journal of statistics.
