Selection of finance development mode and governance path under the land finance angle in China

Land finance will promote the local economic construction and social development,otherwise,it will also bring risks to the sustainable development of local economy. the relationship between the land finance and the urbanization is to promote each other theoretically. but the empirical study founds,that the development of the land finance for the promoting function of urbanization was unsustainable. due to the unsustainability of land finance itself,it led to the existing mode of local unsustainable economic development,and accumulated a certain amount of fiscal risks and financial risks. it is necessary to reform the land finance,we could govern it from the strict enforcement of land reserve system,positive innovation of the ways of land transfer,increasing intensity of land finance management and so on. © 2013 pakistan journal of statistics.
