Novel model on assessment of construction project investment environment

To explore an effective method to deal with the uncertainty of the assessment of project investment environment analysis,a new model based on multi-level grey theory was set up after the analysis of the research status of the investment environment assessment in china and abroad. after the establishment of the assessment index system,the model was employed to the field of construction project investment assessment combining with ahp (analytic hierarchy process). the results of engineering practice showed the rationality and feasibility of the method. this study provides a promising approach for the assessment of investment environment and it has significance in theory and practice for the decision-making of investment. © 2013 pakistan journal of statistics.
