   A study on the effects of managerial initiatives on job satisfaction among employees of automotive industries in India

چکیده    In such a competitive technological environment in automotive industry,human resource management in an organization plays an important role between employees and the organization by making the employees satisfied in their job and in a way leading the organization towards the path of success. the success of an organization depends on employee's involvement in their work and the managerial initiatives that provide job satisfaction to the employees. the benefits provided by the organization to the employees will make them work more enthusiastically and energetically towards the goals of the organization. this study investigates the relationship between managerial initiatives and job satisfaction among employees of automotive industries in india. among 350 questionnaires distributed to the employees,263 questionnaires have been retrieved as valid ones with a retrieval rate of 75%. the study findings show that a significant relationship exists between managerial initiatives and employees' job satisfaction. this also suggests a positive association between employees' job satisfaction leads to increase in production as well as reduction in absenteeism and stress among the employees. © 2013 pakistan journal of statistics.
