|
This study intended to explore the relationships among psychological contract breach,organizational trust,and organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) of the employees in hotel industry. questionnaire survey was used and the findings are: psychological contract breach has significant negative influence on organizational trust and ocb. organizational trust has a significant positive effect on ocb,and organizational trust is a mediator. © 2013 pakistan journal of statistics.
