چکیده
|
As the mainstream in future economy,new generation employees have attached more and more attention in the developmental process of organizations,especially the aspect of human resource management. to date,there is large number of literature linking the high performance work system (hpws) to individual outcomes and behaviors,but the underlying mechanism of this connection for new generation employees remains unclear. this study aims to explore the impact of hpws to organizational citizenship behaviors (ocbs),which include the job satisfaction,organization commitment,and psychological empowerment in chinese context based on a sample of 279 new generation employees in beijing. the results reveal that the utilization of hpws in organization level is positively related to ocbs in the new generation employees’level,and further provide a constructive insight and suggestion in how to improve the personal behaviors by hpws. © 2014 pakistan journal of statistics.
