Chinese users’ acceptance of medical health websites based on tam

Compared with the traditional model of health service,internet health service has distinct advantages,promising future in the 21st century. but whether the medical service can satisfy users’ requirements and whether the service those websites provide can be useful and reliable? we need objectively analyze the current situation in china. this paper employs technology acceptance model (tam) to analyze users’ perception of medical websites and their attitude toward using. after systematically summarizing and analyzing the theories and empirical studies of formal researchers,the author has adjusted tam according to the practical situation of chinese internet health service and introduced factors which influenced users’ perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use as external variables into this model and thereby set up the theoretical framework of this paper. different from former researches conducted from the perspective of technical development of internet health service,this paper carries out a relatively systematic analysis of user requirements and service level of internet health service and reaches conclusions which accord with expectations. © 2014 pakistan journal of statistics.
