چکیده
|
In this study it is aimed at determining the awareness of electromagnetic pollution of the students of faculty of education. the scope of the study is made out of 344 students who study at elementary education department (science teaching,primary school teaching,social sciences teaching departments),faculties of education of kütahya dumlupınar university,necmettin erbakan university and dokuz eylül university among 4th year classes in the spring academic year of 2013-2014. as a result of analysis,it is observed that there is a statistical meaningful relation in favor of females depending on the awareness of electromagnetic pollution. while there is no a meaningful difference on the level of students’ awareness of electromagnetic pollution depending on their school departments,it is observed that there is a meaningful difference on the level of students’ awareness of electromagnetic pollution depending on their universities. the teacher candidates’ awareness of electromagnetic pollution depending on sex is only at 1stfactor and while there is a meaningful difference as a statistical difference depending on their universities,there is no meaningful difference depending on their school departments. © 2014 pakistan journal of statistics.
