واکاوی زیباسازی و تزئینات اماکن مقدسه و حرم‌های مطهَّر اهل بیت (ع) از منظر فقه، قرآن و سنت

زمانی که انسان وارد اماکن مقدسه می گردد، تزیینات حرم و کاشی‌کاری ها و نقش نگاره ها به گچبری‌های استادانه و خلاقانه و نیز طلاکاری و نقره‌کاری ماهرانه وی را مبهوت می‌کند. مقاله پیشرو در نظر دارد به بررسی زیبایی حرم‌های مطهر از منظر فقهی و قرآن و روایات بپردازد که زیباسازی حرم‌های مطهر چه حکی داشته و مورد تایید اهل بیت (ع) است؟ آیا مصرف طلا و نقره در ساخت این اماکن جایزاست؟ با چه ادله ای این همه تزیین برای حرم‌های مطهر بکار بردند؟ همچنین شبهات مختلفی در این موضوع مطرح شده‌است و که ذهن بسیاری ار جوانان را به خود مشغول کرده‌است. پس بررسی نگاه فقهی و نیز ادله آن در روایات و .... به این نتیجه رسیدیم که این تزئینات در حرم‌های مطهر اشکالی ندارد ولی در مساجد ، طلا‌کاری و نقاشی تصویر موجود زنده دچار مشکل است حتی بعضی از فقهاء حکم حرمت و بعضی ها قائل به احتیاط در ترک این عمل شدند. اما فقهاء این حکم مسجد را به حرم‌های مطهر سرایت نداده و مختص به مسجد می دانند که از باب تعظیم شعائر تزیین حرم‌های مطهر، صحیح است.

when a person enters the holy places, the decorations of the shrine, the tile work and the carvings, the elaborate and creative plastering, as well as the skillful gold and silver work, amaze him. the leading article intends to examine the beauty of holy shrines from the perspective of jurisprudence, the qur'an and hadiths. is it permissible to use gold and silver in the construction of these places? with what evidence did they use all these decorations for the sacred shrines? also, various doubts have been raised in this matter and which have occupied the minds of many young people. so, examining the jurisprudential view as well as its evidence in hadiths, etc., we came to the conclusion that there is no problem with these decorations in sacred shrines, but in mosques, gilding and painting the image of a living creature is a problem, even some jurists consider it sacred and some consider it sacred. they were cautious in abandoning this practice. but the jurists did not extend this ruling of the mosque to the sacred shrines, and they consider it specific to the mosque, which is correct in terms of bowing and decorating the sacred shrines.
