نقش ابن علاَّن مکی در تدوین تاریخ مکه و مدینه

ابن علاَّن مکی ( 1057980ق.) از عالمان بزرگ شافعی و صوفی مکه، نگارنده بیش از 180 اثر در حوزه‌های مختلف اسلامی که بیش از 30 اثر آن، درباره مکه و مدینه است. بنابراین، او نقش مهمی در تدوین آثار تاریخی درباره این دو مکان مقدس داشته و در آثارش، به تفصیل درباره مکان‌ها و وقایع مهم مدینه و مکه، سخن رانده است. یکی از حوادثی که منجر به تخریب کعبه و مسجدالحرام شد، جاری شدن سیل در سال 1039ق. است که وی در چندین اثر، به جزییات بازسازی آن مکان مقدس اقدام کرده است. با توجه به حضور وی در مکه و مشاهده مستقیم بازسازی و شرح تمام وقایع آن، گزارش بسیار مهمی از آن رخ داده است.

The Role of Ibn ‘Allan Makki in Compiling the History of Mecca and Medina

Ibn ‘Allan Makki (9801057AH), a great Shafi’i and Sufi scholar of Mecca, authored more than 180 works in various Islamic fields, more than thirty of which were written about Mecca and Medina. Therefore, he played an important role in the compilation of historical works on these two sacred sites and in his works, he described in details about the important places and events of both Mecca and Medina. One of the events that led to the destruction of the Ka’ba and Masjid alHaram was the flood of 1039 AD. In several works, he explained details of the reconstruction of that sacred site. Given his presence in Mecca and direct observation of the reconstruction and description of all its events, his report is a very important account of that event
