The high ideal goal for establishing the vast human society and family will reach to its truth in the global government of the promised mahdia.s. . thus, the old wishes of all prophetsp.b.u.t. , imamsa.s. , nobles and friends of human will come true. people in a political islamic government are the base principle of the government after the law and leadership and opposite to dictatorial governments are counted the main political source and have an important role in this field, and make comment on the main political issues and are not ignorant to their affairs. accepting, taking the orders, supporting and protecting are the most important examples in people’s share and role in different dimensions of the government. with the emphasis of islam on the liberty and the freedom of choice, the role of people in establishing mahdavi government appears in the form of special mechanisms. people’s acceptability element in islamic government will come into action in the form of “allegiance mechanism”. although paying allegiance is different from giving votes, like the voting, will pave the way for establishing a practical government. paying allegiance has its own functions in the following areas like in: declaring the readiness, paving the way for bringing the orders into action, making enough motives to encourage and keeping the duties, bringing into action all aspects of the welayat, and finally emphasizing on the loyalty, devotion, providing equipments and power of execution
