هم‌نوایی اجتماعی در سیره ائمه اطهار (ع)

رفتارهای گوناگون انسان‌ها بیانگر نگرش‌های متفاوت آنهاست. به‌طور معمول افراد با نگرش‌ها و رفتارهای یکسان در گروه‌ها، جمع می‌آیند، اما با مطالعة دقیق‌تر مشخص می‌شود برخی افراد داخل در گروه، طرز فکر متفاوتی با اعضای گروه دارند، ولی با حضور در گروه، از ابراز نگرش‌های متفاوت خودداری کرده و به تدریج، نگرشی متناسب با اعضا اتخاذ می‌کنند. این واقعیت، که هم‌نوایی نامیده می‌شود، می‌تواند ارزش غیری مثبت یا منفی داشته باشد. هم‌نوایی مطلوب و دارای ارزش غیریِ مثبت، منافع فردی و اجتماعی فراوانی دارد و در مقابل، همرنگی با افکار باطل گروه، آسیب‌های جبران‌ناپذیری برای فرد و جامعه خواهد داشت. پژوهش پیش‌رو، با روش توصیفی تحلیلی روش مواجهة ائمة اطهار(ع) با این پدیدة اجتماعی را بررسی می‌کند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که شیوه‌های مواجهة ائمه(ع) با توجه به عوامل درون فردی یا محیطیِ هم‌نوایی، متفاوت است؛ شیوة «تغییر نگرش» در سه بعد شناختی، عاطفی و رفتاری در قلمرو عوامل درونی، و شیوة «موقعیت‌سنجی و رفع موانع» در قلمرو عوامل بیرونی مهم‌ترین شیوه‌ها رصد شده‌اند.

social conformity in the conduct of the infallible imams

different behaviors of human beings reflect their diverse attitudes. typically, individuals with similar attitudes form groups. however, through careful analysis, it is revealed that some members within a group hold different views. they refrain from expressing different attitudes and gradually adopt an attitude that is consistent with the members. this phenomenon, which is called conformity, can carry positive or negative value. beneficial conformity yields individual or social advantages, while conforming to false thoughts of a group inflicts irreparable harm both individually and socially. using descriptive-analytical method, this research examines how the infallible imams (pbut) confronted this social phenomenon. the research results show that the infallible imams’ methods varied based on conformity’s intra-personal or environmental factors. the method of &attitude change& in the cognitive, emotional, behavioral dimensions for internal factors and the method of &situational assessment and barrier removal& for external factors have been considered to be the most important methods.
