تبیین فطری تشریع «امر به معروف و نهی از منکر» از طریق تحلیل آیات قرآن

این پژوهش، با استفاده از آیات قرآن، تشریع «امر به معروف و نهی از منکر» را بر مبنای «فطرت» که یکی از اساسی‌ترین مبانی انسان‌شناختی محسوب می‌شود، تبیین می‌کند. این تبیین می‌تواند به شبهاتی که «امر به معروف و نهی از منکر» را دخالت در حریم خصوصی افراد یا در تضاد با عزتمندی انسان تلقی می‌کند، پاسخ دهد و به‌این‌ترتیب، موجب تحکیم این واجب دینی در جامعه شود. این مقاله از روش مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و روش حل مسئله تحلیلی تفسیری مبتنی‌بر تفسیر موضوعی استفاده می‌کند. از دیدگاه این مقاله، «امر به معروف و نهی از منکر» راهبردی الهی است که هماهنگی هدایت تشریعی و هدایت تکوینی به‌معنای تطابق دین با نوع خلقت انسان را نشان می‌دهد. این تدبیر، با توجه به شناخت و تمایل فطری انسان نسبت به دین حق، علاوه بر کنترل، می‌تواند نقشی پیشگیرانه ایفا کند. این مقاله همچنین نشان می‌دهد «امر به معروف و نهی از منکر» از عاطفه ویژه انسانی و موالات میان مومنان نشئت می‌گیرد که موجب اهتمام هر فرد به سرنوشت دیگران می‌شود. این تحلیل‌های فطری در نهایت نتیجه‌ای از ریشه‌های عمیق فطرت انسان به‌معنای اخص به‌شمار می‌آیند که از الهی بودن فطرت انسان الهام می‌گیرند.

an analysis of the innate legislation of enjoining good and forbidding evil through the analysis of quranic verses

using verses from the quran, this study explains the legislation of enjoining good and forbidding evil based on nature, which is considered one of the most fundamental anthropological principles. this explanation can answer doubts that enjoining good and forbidding evil is an interference in the privacy of individuals or in conflict with human dignity, and thus, it can strengthen this religious obligation in society. this article has been developed using the library study method and the analytical-interpretive problem-solving method based on thematic interpretation. from the perspective of this article, enjoining good and forbidding evil is a divine strategy that shows the harmony of legislative guidance and developmental guidance, meaning the adaptation of religion to the type of human creation. this measure, in view of the innate human knowledge and inclination towards the true religion, can play a preventive role in addition to control. this article also shows that “enjoining good and forbidding evil” originates from a special human emotion and loyalty among believers, which causes each individual to care about the fate of others. these innate analyses are ultimately a result of the deep roots of human nature in a specific sense, which are inspired by the divinity of human nature.
