بررسی و نقد دیدگاه‌های مستشرقان دربارۀ رفتارهای سیاسی امیرمومنان علی(ع) در عصر خلفای سه‌گانه

عملکرد سیاسی امام علی(ع) در دوران خلفا، ویژگی‌های خاصی داشته و فضای متفاوتی را در عالم سیاست به‌جود آورده و از سوی اندیشمندان و مستشرقان رویکردها و دیدگاه‌های گوناگونی را به‌همراه داشته است. نگارنده درصدد بررسی و نقد دیدگاه‌های مستشرقان دربارۀ رفتارهای سیاسی امام علی(ع) در دوران خلفای سه‌گانه است. این پژوهش با روش تاریخی و توصیفی تحلیلی به این نتیجه رسید که برخی از مستشرقان، سیرۀ سیاسی امام علی(ع) را به اتهاماتی همچون ضعف در اندیشۀ سیاسی، عدم محاسبه‌گری و ساده‌انگاری و اقدام به کارشکنی در قبال برخی از خلفا معرفی کرده‌‌اند؛ اما این موارد بر نگرشی مادی‌گرایانه و سوگیرانه مبتنی است و رفتارهای سیاسی امام علی(ع) بر پایۀ اصول انسانی و مبانی بنیادین اسلامی قابل ارزیابی است. دراین‌حال برخی از مستشرقان نیز با نگاهی منصفانه و مثبت، رفتارهای سیاسی امام علی(ع) در مواجهه با خلفا را به اقدام برای حفظ اتحاد مسلمین، صداقت‌محوری و هم‌کاری ضابطه‌مند با خلفا تحلیل کرده‌اند.

reviewing and criticizing the views of orientalists about the political behavior of amir al-momenin ali (pbuh) in the era of the three caliphs

the political performance of imam ali (pbuh) during the caliphate era had special features and created a different atmosphere in the world of politics and brought different approaches and views from thinkers and orientalists. the author is trying to investigate and criticize the views of the orientalists about the political behavior of imam ali (pbuh) during the three caliphates. using a descriptive-analytical method and a historical approach, this research came to the conclusion that some orientalists have introduced the political career of imam ali (pbuh) to accusations such as weakness in political thought, lack of calculation and simplicity and sabotage towards some caliphs. these cases are based on a materialistic and biased attitude, while imam ali (pbuh)’s political behavior can be evaluated based on human principles and islamic fundamentals. however, with a fair and positive view, some orientalists have analyzed imam ali (pbuh)’s political behavior in the face of the caliphs as an action to maintain the unity of muslims, honesty and disciplined cooperation with the caliphs.
