مولفه‌های هویتی (دینی و ملی) مدیران شایسته تراز در اندیشه رهبران انقلاب

پژوهش حاضر درپی پاسخ‌گویی به این پرسش بنیادین است که «مولفه‌های هویتی (دینی و ملی) مدیران شایسته تراز، در اندیشه رهبران انقلاب چگونه است؟». روش پژوهش کیفی بوده و در این پژوهش در گام نخست، کلیه بیانات مکتوب‌شده حضرت امام خمینی (ره) و مقام معظم رهبری موردبررسی قرار گرفت و در ادامه، با به‌کارگیری روش داده‌بنیان، بیانات مرتبط با مولفه‌های دینی و ملی مدیران شایسته تراز انقلاب در حکمرانی اسلامی کدگذاری گردید. نتایج بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که 70 مضمون فرعی در بیانات حضرت امام خمینی (ره) و 110 مضمون فرعی در بیانات مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله) برحسب روش تحلیل کیفی مضمون در ارتباط با هدف پژوهش قابل‌استخراج است. درنهایت، با طبقه‌بندی مضامین شناسایی‌شده، 180 مضمون فرعی برحسب طبقه‌بندی روش تحلیل کیفی استخراج گردید. درنهایت، شش مضمون اصلی شامل ﻗﺎﻧﻮن‌ﻣﺪار، اخلاق‌مدار، عادل، مدبر، مسلمان انقلابی و همگرایی با جامعه شناسایی شد.

the identity components (religious and national) of competent leaders in the thought of the leaders of the revolution

the present research wanted to answer this fundamental question: &what are the identity components (religious and national) of leaders worthy of the revolution, in the thought of the leaders of the revolution?& the research method was qualitative, and in this research, in the first step, all the written statements of imam khomeini (ra) and the supreme leader were examined, and then, by using the data-based method, the statements related to the religious and national components of the leaders worthy of the revolution in governance were examined. the results of the research showed that 70 sub-themes in the statements of imam khomeini (ra) and 110 sub-themes in the statements of the supreme leader can be extracted according to the method of qualitative analysis of the theme in relation to the purpose of the research. finally, by classifying the identified themes, 180 sub-themes were extracted according to the classification of the qualitative analysis method. ultimately, six main themes were identified, including the characteristics of law-abiding, ethical, justice-oriented, prudent, revolutionary muslim, and integration with society.
