تقابل ایدئولوژی‌ها در ژئوپلیتیک قفقاز جنوبی؛ پان‌ترکیسم و جمهوری اسلامی ایران

پان‌ترکیسم یک ایدئولوژی سیاسی مبتنی‌بر نژاد، قومیت و زبان است که بر وحدت و همبستگی جوامع تمامی گویشوران به یکی از شاخه‌های زبان ترکی تاکید دارد و براساس همین ایده، جریانی الحاق‌گرا نیز به‌شمار می‌رود که الحاق سرزمینی جوامع مزبور به یکدیگر را دنبال می‌کند؛ ایده‌ای که دستیابی به آن باعث تجزیه چندین کشور ازجمله ایران می‌شود و به همین دلیل، تهدیدی جدی برای امنیت ملی، موجودیت و تمامیت سرزمینی ایران است. درحال‌حاضر، این ایدئولوژی به‌طور مشخص در منطقه قفقاز جنوبی با سیاست‌های جمهوری اسلامی ایران در این منطقه در شرایط تضاد بنیادین قرار دارد. با توجه به شرایط خاص قفقاز جنوبی و اینکه اکثریت نفوس آن مسلمان و اهل تشیع هستند، این منطقه از اصلی‌ترین مناطقی بوده که جمهوری اسلامی ایران از ابتدای انقلاب اسلامی، ایدئولوژی خود را در آن پیگیری کرده است؛ ازاین‌رو، پرسش اصلی این است که «ایدئولوژی پان‌ترکیسم چگونه ایده انقلاب اسلامی را تهدید می‌کند؟». یافته‌های پژوهش از این قرار است که ایدئولوژی پان‌ترکیسم، نه‌تنها به‌عنوان تهدید و سدی برای پیگیری ایده انقلاب اسلامی در قفقاز جنوبی عمل می‌کند، بلکه به‌نظر می‌رسد این ایدئولوژی درحال‌حاضر تهدیدی حیاتی برای تمامیت سرزمینی کشور نیز باشد. روش تحقیق این پژوهش، توصیفی تحلیلی و ابزار گردآوری داده‌های مطالعات، کتابخانه‌ای است. چهارچوب نظری پژوهش بر پایه تقسیم‌بندی سه‌گانه هالستی از سیاست خارجی کشورها در دستیابی به اهداف سیاست‌های خود است.

conflict of ideologies in south caucasus geopolitics; pan-turkism and the islamic republic of iran

pan-turkism is a political ideology based on race, ethnicity and language that emphasizes the unity and solidarity of the communities of all the speakers of one of the branches of the turkish language, and based on this idea, it is also considered an irredentist movement that pursues the territorial annexation of said communities to each other. the idea whose achievement will cause the disintegration of several countries, including iran, and for this reason, it is a serious threat to iran’s national security, existence and territorial integrity. pan-turkism is currently in fundamental conflict with the policies of the islamic republic of iran in the south caucasus region. considering the special conditions of the south caucasus and the fact that the majority of its population is muslim and shiite, this region has been one of the main regions where the islamic republic of iran has pursued its ideology in it. therefore, the main question is, how does the ideology of pan-turkism threaten the idea of the islamic revolution? the findings of the research are that pan-turkism ideology not only acts as a threat and a barrier to pursue the idea of islamic revolution in the south caucasus, but it seems that this ideology has now become a vital threat to the territorial integrity of the country. the research method of this study is descriptive – analytical and library data collection tools. the theoretical framework of the research is based on the holsti’s triple division of foreign policy of countries in achieving their policy objectives
