راهبرد دشمن در جنگ شناختی در عرصه حاکمیتی

تحقق، استمرار و استدامت انقلاب اسلامی دستاورد‌‌های فراوانی در سطح جهان داشته است. یکی از مهم‌ترین دستاورد‌‌ها، چالش اندیشه‌‌ای نظام سکولار و احیای تفکر دینی است. ماهیت دینی نظام جمهوری اسلامی باعث ایجاد ترس در دشمن گردیده و سبب شده قدرت‌‌های استکباری مکتبی، وجود نظام جمهوری اسلامی را به‌عنوان یک تهدید به‌حساب آورده و به فکر مقابله همه‌‌جانبه با آن بیفتند. یکی از مسائل مقابله‌ای دشمنان که ریشه در تفکرات شناختی ادراکی آنان داشته و باعث ایجاد اختلال در نظام فکری می‌‌شود، طرح شبهات پیرامون ناکارآمدی دین، فقه حکومتی و تعارض با مدل‌‌های مدیریتی و القای تضاد با محوریت انسان است. تمام سعی دشمن در این سال‌‌ها بر این‌‌ بوده که از طریق نفوذ به زیر‌‌ساخت‌‌ عرصه‌‌های مختلف در سطح کشور، تلاش خود را جهت هماهنگی اقدامات عملیاتی به‌کار گیرد. نگارنده در تلاش است با بررسی راهبردی تلاش دشمن در جنگ شناختی به مواجهه علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در عرصه حاکمیت بپردازد. نوع تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی است و احصای داده‌‌ها برمبنای مطالعات کتابخانه‌‌ای شکل‌‌ گرفته و نتایج آن سبب تصمیم‌‌گیری متناسب پیرامون عملیات روانی دشمن و کاهش آسیب‌‌های حاصل از ایجاد اختلال در نظام محاسباتی مسئولان و مردم با بهره‌‌مندی از قدرت رسانه‌‌ای تبلیغی و همچنین، برنامه‌‌ریزی متناسب، منسجم و هوشمند نسبت‌به بر هم زدن معادلات دشمنان در عرصه حاکمیت و به‌تبع آن، اقدامات تقابلی به جهت خنثی‌‌سازی پیشروی‌‌ها است.

the realization, continuation and sustainability of the islamic revolution has had many achievements in the world. one of the most important achievements is the intellectual challenge of the secularist system and the revival of religious thinking. the religious nature of the islamic republic system has created fear in the enemy and caused the arrogant powers to consider the existence of the islamic republic system as a threat and think of confronting it comprehensively. one of the problems facing the enemies, which is rooted in their cognitive-perceptual thinking and causes disruption in the intellectual system, is raising doubts about the inefficiency of religion, governmental jurisprudence and conflict with management models and inducing conflict with human-centricity. all the enemy’s efforts in these years have been to use their efforts to coordinate operational measures through infiltrating the infrastructure of various fields in the country. the author is trying to deal with the confrontation against the islamic republic of iran in the field of information by examining the strategy of the enemy’s efforts in the cognitive war. the type of research is descriptive-analytical and the data statistics are formed based on library studies and its results help to make appropriate decisions about the enemy’s psychological operations and reduce the damages resulting from disruptions in the computing system of officials and people by benefiting from media-propaganda power and also, proportionate, coherent and intelligent planning helps to disrupt the equations of the enemies in the field of governance and, accordingly, countermeasures to neutralize the advances
