جایگاه زبان و ادبیات فارسی در دیپلماسی فرهنگی ایران در منطقه قفقاز

دیپلماسی فرهنگی که جهت نشان‌‌ دادن سطح تمدن یک ملت به‌کار می‌‌رود، یکی از ابزارهای قدرت نرم جمهوری ‌‌اسلامی ‌‌ایران محسوب می‌‌شود. ازجمله مناطقی که می‌توان آن را جزء حوزه ایران فرهنگی مورد مطالعه قرار داد، منطقه قفقاز است. زبان و ادبیات فارسی یکی از ابزارهای دیپلماسی فرهنگی ایران در قفقاز بوده که ظرفیت‌‌های زیادی در راستای تقویت پیوندها و ایجاد درک مشترک بین مردمان ایران و حوزه قفقاز دارد. سوال اصلی پژوهش این است که جایگاه زبان و ادبیات فارسی در دیپلماسی فرهنگی ایران در قفقاز چیست؟ پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌‌گیری از روش توصیفی تحلیلی و گردآوری داده‌‌های کتابخانه‌‌ای از طریق فیش‌‌برداری، به تشریح جایگاه زبان و ادبیات فارسی در قفقاز و تاثیر آن بر دیپلماسی فرهنگی ایران در این منطقه می‌‌پردازد و درنهایت، بیان می‌دارد که زبان و ادب فارسی می‌‌تواند بر کار‌‌ویژه‌‌های دیپلماسی فرهنگی کشور در منطقه قفقاز، شامل میزان مشروعیت نظام سیاسی ایران، کسب جایگاه بین‌‌المللی و مدیریت افکار عمومی کشور مقصد تاثیرگذار باشد

cultural diplomacy, which is used to show the level of civilization of a nation, is considered one of the soft power tools of the islamic republic of iran. among the regions that can be studied as part of iran’s cultural domain, is the caucasus region. persian language and literature has been one of the tools of cultural diplomacy of the islamic republic of iran in the caucasus, which has many capacities in order to strengthen ties and create a common understanding between the people of iran and the caucasus region. the main research question is what is the position of persian language and literature on iran’s cultural diplomacy in the caucasus? the current research, using the descriptive-analytical method and collecting library data through data collection, describes the position of persian language and literature in the caucasus region and its impact on iran’s cultural diplomacy in this region. thus, persian language and literature can influence the country’s cultural diplomacy in the caucasus region, which include: the level of legitimacy of iran’s political system, gaining international prestige and managing the public opinion of the destination country
