بررسی نقش جمهوری آذربایجان در ایجاد چالش‏های قومی در آذربایجان ایران

جمهوری آذربایجان، به دلیل داشتن پیوندهای تاریخی با سرزمین ایران و نیز قرار گرفتن در موقعیت مکانی دارای اهمیت ژئوپلیتیکی و سوق‌الجشی است که بر نقش منطقه‏ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران اثر می‏گذارد، از دریچه‌ی منافع ملی و سرزمینی این کشور، حوزه‌ی سیاسی مهمی به‌شمار می‏رود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش جمهوری آذربایجان در ایجاد چالش‏های قومی در آذربایجان ایران، تلاش دارد با ارائه‌ی راهکارهایی مطلوب در راستای افزایش همبستگی ملی گام بردارد. سوال اصلی تحقیق این است که جمهوری آذربایجان چگونه به ایجاد چالش‏های قومی در آذربایجان ایران می‏پردازد؟ در این راستا، فرضیه‌ی تحقیق عبارت است از:جمهوری آذربایجان با بهره‏گیری ازاشتراکات فرهنگی، زبانی و پیشینه‌ی تاریخی با آذربایجان ایران بهاقدامات تحریک‏آمیز و به ایجاد چالش‏های قومی در ایران می‏پردازد. روش پژوهش به‌صورت ترکیبی کیفی و کمی از طریق جمع‏آوری داده‏ها به روش کتابخانه‏ای با ابزار فیش‏برداری و روش میدانی با ابزار مصاحبه‌ی عمیق است. روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات نیز به‌صورت توصیف داده‏ها و تحلیل محتوای کمی پس از دسترسی به تمام نتایج به‌دست‌ آمده از منابع کتابخانه‏ای و مصاحبه‌ی عمیق، صورت گرفته است. مهم‌ترین یافته‎های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که جمهوری آذربایجان از نظر 31 درصد مصاحبه‌شوندگان با بهره‏گیری از پیوندهای زبانی و تاریخی به اقدامات تحریک‏آمیز و به ایجاد چالش‏های قومی در آذربایجان ایران می‏پردازد.

Investigating the Role of Azerbaijan Republic in Ethnic Challenges in Iran’s Azarbaijan

The Republic of Azerbaijan, due to its historical ties with the land of Iran and also being in a geopolitically and strategically important location that affects the regional role of the Islamic Republic of Iran, is an important political area from the perspective of national and territorial interests of this country. It is considered. The aim of this study is to investigate the role of the Republic of Azerbaijan in creating ethnic challenges in Azarbaijan, Iran, and tries to take steps to increase national solidarity by providing desirable solutions. The main question of the research is how the Republic of Azerbaijan creates ethnic challenges in Azarbaijan, Iran? In this regard, the research hypothesis is: The Republic of Azerbaijan, using cultural, linguistic and historical backgrounds with Azarbaijan of Iran, takes provocative actions and creates ethnic challenges in Iran. The research method is a combination of qualitative and quantitative through data collection in a library method with Taking notes tools and field method with indepth interview tools. The data analysis method was done in the form of data description and quantitative content analysis after accessing all the results obtained from library sources and indepth interviews. The most important findings of the research indicate that the Republic of Azerbaijan, according to 31% of the interviewees, uses provocative linguistic and historical links to provocative actions and create ethnic challenges in Azarbaijan, Iran.
