نقش تعدیلگری فاصله قدرت در تاثیر خودبرتربینی روانشناختی بر سایبرلوفینگ با تاکید بر نقش میانجی عدالت ادراک شده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر خودبرتربینی روانشناختی بر سایبرلوفینگ با در نظر گرفتن میانجی گری‌ عدالت ادراک شده و نقش تعدیل گری فاصله قدرت می‌باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کارکنان سازمان های دولتی استان آذربایجان غربی می‌باشند. برمبنای نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، 368 پرسشنامه صحیح عودت داده شد و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss و amos داده‌های پژوهش مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد استفاده شده است. خودبرتربینی روانشناختی بر سایبرلوفینگ کارکنان تاثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد و هم به طور غیرمستقیم از طریق میانجی‌گری عدالت ادراک شده و تعدیلگری فاصله قدرت بر سایبرلوفینگ کارکنان تاثیر معناداری دارد. نتایج پژوهش در حوزه خودبرتربینی روانشناختی و سایبرلوفینگ، نوآوری‌هایی به همراه داشته است و به مدیران سازمان‌ها در درک تاثیرگذاری خودبرتربینی روانشناختی بر سایبرلوفینگ با میانجی‌گری عدالت ادراک شده و نقش تعدیلی فاصله قدرت کمک می‌کند تا موجبات کاهش سایبرلوفینگ را فراهم نمایند.

Investigating the Role of Power Distance Moderation in the Effect of Psychological Entitlement on Cyber loafing with Emphasis on the Mediating Role of Perceived Justice

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of Psychological Entitlement on cyberloafing by considering the mediation of perceived justice and the moderating role of power distance. The method of the present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptivesurvey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study is the employees of government organizations in West Azerbaijan province. Based on simple random sampling, 368 correct questionnaires were returned and the research data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. Standard questionnaires were used to measure research variables. Psychological Entitlement has a direct and significant effect on employee cyberloafing and also indirectly has a significant effect on employee cyberloofing through the mediation of perceived justice and moderation of power distance. The results of research in the field of Psychological Entitlement and cyberloofing have brought innovations and help managers of organizations to understand the impact of Psychological Entitlement on cyberloofing through the mediation of perceived justice and the moderating role of power distance to reduce cyberloofing.
