تحلیل محتوای مقالات فصلنامه مطالعات مدیریت (بهبود و تحول) طی دوره 7 ساله (96-1390)

فصلنامه علمی-پژوهشی مطالعات مدیریت (بهبود و تحول) متعلق به دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی به منظور ارائه تازه‌ترین نظریه‌ها و یافته‌های علمی در خصوص مدیریت با تمرکز بر مباحث مدیریت بهبود و تحول پایه‌گذاری شده است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی و ارزیابی شکلی و محتوایی مقالات این مجله است. روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و مبتنی بر تحلیل محتواست و از رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی برای توصیف و ارزیابی محتوای مقالات جامعه‌ی هدف استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، 163 مقاله منتشر شده در 7 سال گذشته از شماره 63 (بهار1390) تا شماره 86 (زمستان1396) مجله مطالعات مدیریت (بهبود و تحول) است و به‌منظور توصیف عینی و کیفی محتوای مفاهیم، بررسی به‌صورت نظام‌‏مند و در قالب 11 پارامتر انجام شده است. نتایج موضوعی به‌دست‌آمده نشان‌ می‌دهد مقالات در 13 موضوع کلی و 55 زیرموضوع قابل دسته‌بندی می‌باشد که از این میان، موضوع رفتار سازمانی با 41.20 درصد بیشترین مباحث مورد استفاده در این مقالات بوده‌اند. همچنین میزان مشارکت پژوهشگران خوب ارزیابی شد به‌گونه‌ای‌که 417  نفر محقق در نگارش 163 مقاله مشارکت داشته‌اند و در این میان، مشارکت دانشگاه‌های تهرانی، بیشتر بوده است. بررسی روش‌های پژوهشی نیز نشان داد مقالات توصیفیکاربردی، روش تحقیق کمی و ابزار پرسشنامه از تکنیک‌های پراستقبال پژوهشگران این حوزه بوده است.

Content analysis of Articles in «Management Studies in Development & Evolution Journal» During the 7Year Period (20112018)

The journal of science and research of Management Studies (Improvement and Development) belong to Allameh Tabataba’i University In order to provide the latest theoretical and scientific findings on management focusing on the issues of evolution management.The purpose of this study is to examine and evaluate the form and content of the articles in this Journal. The research method is qualitative and based on content analysis and a descriptiveanalytical approach is used to describe and evaluate the content of the articles in the target community. The statistical population of this study, 163 articles published in the last 7 years from No: 63 (spring 2011) to No: 86 (winter 2018) is the «Management Studies in Development and Evolution Journal». In order to describe the objective and qualitative content of the concepts, systematically and in the form of 11 parameters has been done. The results of the thematic study show that the articles are categorized in 13 general topics and 55 subtopics, among which the subject of organizational behavior was the most discussed topic in the papers with the remaining 41/20 percent. Also, the rate of participation of researchers was well evaluated, as 417 researchers contributed to the writing of 163 articles, while the participation of Tehran universities was higher. Investigating research methods showed that descriptiveapplied articles, quantitative research method and questionnaire’s tools were wellknown techniques of researchers in this field.
