امنیت در نظام سیاسی انقلاب اسلامی (مروری بر فلسفه سیاسی امنیت در مکتب امنیتی تهران)

در انقلاب اسلامی سیاست عین دیانت و مبتنی بر توحید و ولایت است. در فلسفه سیاسی انقلاب اسلامی هرچند پیشرفت مادی مطلوب است اما به‌عنوان وسیله، اما هدف رشد و تعالی انسان و جامعه است. در این عرصه امنیت فردی و اجتماعی منبعث از ایمان است، در حقیقت برای رسیدن به «امنیت» باید اسلام را حفظ کرد؛ بنابراین اگر انسان‌ها و جامعه اسلامی، ایمان اسلامی را با عدالت حفظ نماید از آرامش و امنیت برخوردار است. به عبارتی آنچه امنیت را تامین می‌کند صرفاً مادی نیست بلکه بایستی به نیازهای معنوی فردی و اجتماعی توجه نمود، این نگاه در اساس متفاوت از دیدگاه اومانیسم است که در ایجاد امنیت مبنا، تامین نیازهای مادی انسان و اجتماع در جهت اعمال حاکمیت و کسب قدرت می‌باشد. هر یک از این دو رویکردها فلسفه سیاسی امنیتی متفاوتی دارند. در فلسفه سیاسی مکتب امنیتی تهران، امنیت واقعی که منطبق با فطرت انسانی است در دستگاه ولایت که منشا آن توحید است، فراهم می‌گردد. در این تحقیق نحوه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای بوده و ادبیات تحقیق و مباحث نظری آن بر این اساس جمع‌آوری‌شده و با استفاده از روش تحلیل تفسیری و اسنادی از دیدگاه صاحب‌نظران حوزه فلسفه سیاسی امنیتی و سایر داده‌های کیفی با مراجعه به آیات قرآن، تفاسیر، احادیث و فرمایشات حضرت امام خمینی(رحمت ا... علیه) و امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله‌العالی) و با استفاده و تحلیل محتوای کیفی مطالب مورد تجربه و تحلیل قرارگرفته و نتیجه‌گیری شده است.

security in the political system of the islamic revolution(a review of the political philosophy of security in the tehran school of security)

in the islamic revolution, politics is the same as religion and is based on monotheism and leadership. in the political philosophy of the islamic revolution, although mundane progress is desirable, the goal is the growth and excellence of humanity and society. in this area, individual and social security is derived from faith; in fact, in order to achieve &security&, islam must be preserved; therefore, if human beings and the islamic society maintain the islamic faith with justice, it will enjoy peace and security. in other words, what provides security is not only terrene but also individual and social spiritual needs. this view is fundamentally different from the view of humanism, which is based on creating material needs of human beings and society in order to do sovereignty and gain power. each of these two approaches has a different politicalsecurity philosophy. in the political philosophy of the tehran security school, real security, which is in accordance with human nature, is provided in the leadership system, the source of which is monotheism. in present study the collection data were based on library research and uses the document analyses method from the perspective of experts in the field of security political philosophy and other qualitative data by referring to the verses of the qur’an, commentaries, hadiths and orders of imam khomeini (may god have mercy on him) and imam khamenei (may god keep him alive) and using qualitative content analysis of the content has been analyzed and concluded.
