معماری نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران از دیدگاه فرماندهی معظم کل قوا(مدظله‌العالی)(شرایط، راه‌کارها و پیامدها)

وجود نیروهای مسلح معتقد، مقتدر و پویا، پیش نیاز حفظ استقلال، امنیت و تمامیت ارضی هر کشور به شمار می‌رود. ازاین‌رو، تغییر در نحوه نگرش به انجام ماموریت و معماری نیروهای مسلح، متناسب با شرایط محیطی حال و آینده به‌عنوان تضمین‌کننده امنیت ملی کشور، امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. فرماندهی معظم کل قوا(مدظله العالی) با بینش ژرف و نگرشی همه‌جانبه، همواره لزوم توجه به این مهم را به نیروهای مسلح یادآور شده‌اند. در این مقاله تلاش شده است با مرور کلیدواژه هایی نظیر: «ساختار»، «سازماندهی»، «طراحی»، «تغییر»، «اصلاح»، «نوآوری»، «تحول»، «آمادگی» و ... در منویات و رهنمودهای فرماندهی معظم کل قوا(مدظله العالی)؛ شرایط، راه کارها و پیامدهای معماری نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران با استفاده از روش تحقیق داده بنیاد، شناسایی و ارائه گردد. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، مهم ترین عامل برای الزام به معماری، «پیش روندگی و پیش برندگی» است. «هماهنگی و همدلی نیروهای مسلح» و «دشمن شناسی و حفظ بصیرت»، به ترتیب بااهمیت ترین عوامل زمینه ای و واسطه ای هستند که در فرایند معماری باید به آن ها توجه نمود. راه کارهای متنوعی برای انجام معماری نیروهای مسلح از سوی مقام معظم فرماندهی کل قوا(مدظله العالی) توصیه‌شده است، لیکن تاکید معظم له بر روی نیروی انسانی باایمان، شجاع و مجهز به دانش روز می باشد، چراکه باوجود چنین نیروی انسانی، می توان مراحل رشد و تعالی را به‌سرعت پیمود و نیروی مسلح درخور و شان ملت بزرگ ایران به وجود آورد.

The Architecture of Iranian Armed Forces from the Perspective of the Commander-in-chief (circumstances, solutions, and consequences)

The presence of powerful, dynamic, and resolute armed forces is a prerequisite for the independence, security, and sovereignty of every country. Therefore, changing the approach to mission accomplishment and the architecture of armed forces—in accordance with present and future circumstances—is inevitable in guaranteeing the security of a nation. With a deep and thorough approach, the dignified commanderinchief has oftentimes forewarned the armed forces of this fact. With key words such as &structure&, &organization&, &architecture&, &alteration,& &rectification&,  &innovation&,  &evolution&, & preparation&,  etc., this article attempts to recognize and present some circumstances and solutions, using dataoriented research method.Based on the findings of the present research, the most important factors in propelling the architecture are advancement and initiation. The armed forces’ unity and solidarity as well as enemy recognition and intuition preservation are respectively the most crucial basics and mediatory factors that calls attention in the process of architecture.A variety of approaches have been suggested on behalf of the commanderinchief in order to carry out the architecture of armed forces. Therefore, there is tremendous emphasis on faithful, courageous and uptodate manpower. With such human resources, we can take quick steps towards growth and sublimation, and we can produce armed forces that befits the Iranian dignity
