نقش ثبات و امنیت اقتصادی در الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

ثبات و امنیت اقتصادی، زیر بنایی اقتصاد ملی تلقی و مبنای اساسی رشد پایدار اقتصادی است. ثبات اقتصاد در یک محیط امن اقتصادی بر کارآیی و اثر بخشی اقتصادی تاثیر گذاشته و آن رادر برابر شوک های وارده به اقتصاد حفظ و نگهداری می نماید. در این تحقیق بدنبال تبیین نقش ثبات و امنیت اقتصادی در الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی جمهوری اسلامی هستیم. رویکرد تحقیق حاضر از نوع کیفی و از نظر هدف کاربردی و توسعه ای و از نظرروش توصیفی-تحلیلی و نظریه مبنایی  است. به همین منظور در ابتدا توسط فیش برداری کتابخانه ای و سپس تجزیه و تحلیل آن، ضمن بررسی تحریم ها، آسیب ها، ظرفیت ها و اهداف اقتصاد ملی، از طریق مصاحبه باز و بسته با خبرگان اقتصادی کشور و تکنیک گلوله برفی تا حد اشباع نظری، ضمن تبیین مفاهیم و مقوله های محوری ثبات و امنیت اقتصادی مرتبط با الگوی اقتصاد  مقاومتی ج.ا.ا ، ارتباط میان آنها و مدل مفهومی آن ارائه شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که سیاست های عملی تامین کننده ثبات و امنیت اقتصادی در الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی ج.ا.ا از نظر بازه زمانی تاثیرگذاری به سیاست های عملی  ترمیم و بهبود دهنده، ظرفیت ساز و مقاوم ساز قابل تقسیم بندی می باشند و دارای سه بعد تورم زدایی و تقویت پول ملی، کاهش بیکاری و توسعه اشتغال و امنیت اقتصادی است که هرکدام از آنها نیزدارای مولفه های مرتبط به خود  هستند.

The role of economic stability and security in the model of resistance economy of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Economic stability and security are considered to be the foundation of the national economy and the basic basis of sustainable economic growth. The stability of the economy in a secure economic environment affects economic efficiency and effectiveness and protects it against shocks to the economy.  In this study, we seek to explain the role of economic stability and security in the model of resistance economy of the Islamic Republic. The approach of the present research is qualitative in terms of applied and developmental purpose and in terms of descriptiveanalytical method and basic theory. For this purpose, first by taking a library file and then analyzing it, while examining the sanctions, damages, capacities and goals of the national economy, through open and closed interviews with the country’s economic experts and the snowball technique. To the extent of theoretical saturation, while explaining the central concepts and categories of economic stability and security related to the model of the resistance economy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the relationship between them and its conceptual model is presented. Findings show that practical policies providing economic stability and security in the model of resistance economy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in terms of effective time period can be divided into practical policies of repair and improvement, capacity building and resilience They have three dimensions: deinflation and strengthening the national currency, reducing unemployment and developing employment and economic security, each of which has its own components.
