شناخت مولفه‌های راهبردی امنیت در جهان اسلام با رویکرد به همبستگی جهان اسلام

بی‌شک تحقق امنیت از نیازهای اساسی و لازمه رشد و تعالی جوامع بشری می باشد، جهان اسلام نیز از این قاعده مستثنا نبوده و جهت تعیین سیاست‌ها، راهبردها و تحقق عملی رشد و تعالی خود نیازمند شناخت دقیق تر مولفه‌های راهبردی امنیت خود در عصر پیچیده و آشوبناک کنونی هست، از مولفه‌های مهم و تاثیرگذار بر امنیت در جهان اسلام، مولفه همبستگی جهان اسلام می باشد که شناخت دقیق تر آن و جایگاهش در بین سایر مولفه‌های راهبردی امنیت جهان اسلام یکی از ضرورت‌های امروز جهان اسلام می باشد، هدف اصلی این تحقیق نیز شناخت مولفه‌های راهبردی امنیت در جهان اسلام با رویکرد به همبستگی جهان اسلام می‌باشد. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی بوده و به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام‌شده است و برای گردآوری اطلاعات لازم از روش‌های کتابخانه‎ای (اسنادی) و پرسشنامه ساخته محققان استفاده گردیده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق با توجه به 6 ویژگی موردنظر محققان و دسترسی محدود به متخصصان امنیت جهان اسلام به تعداد 30 نفر در کشور و جامعه نمونه نیز منطبق بر جامعه آماری می باشد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های راهبردی امنیت در جهان اسلام به ترتیب عبارت‌اند از: 1 توان دفاعی امنیتی جهان اسلام 2 قدرت اقتصادی جهان اسلام 3 همگرایی و واگرایی جهان اسلام 4 ظرفیت علمی و فناوری جهان اسلام 5 فرقه‌گرایی مذهبی در ‌جهان اسلام 6 قدرت ملی کشورهای اسلامی 7 انسجام اجتماعی جهان اسلام 8 جمعیت جهان اسلام 9 مشروعیت نظام‌های حاکم برجهان اسلام 10 موقعیت ژئوپلیتیکی جهان اسلام 11 همبستگی جهان اسلام 12 نهادهای سیاسی اجتماعی جهان اسلام 13 هویت جهان اسلام، همچنین شاخص های مولفه راهبردی همبستگی جهان اسلام یعنی 1 بحران‌ و چالش‌های سیاسی بین کشورهای اسلامی 2 همدلی و همکاری کشورهای اسلامی در مقابل دشمنان خارجی جهان اسلام و      3 ارتقاء جایگاه دین در جهان اسلام، به یک‌میزان در همبستگی جهان اسلام نقش ایفاء می‌نمایند.

Understanding the Strategic Components of Security in the Islamic World with the Approach to the Solidarity of the Islamic World

Undoubtedly, the realization of security is one of the basic needs for the growth and development of human societies, the Islamic world is no exception to this, and in order to determine the policies, strategies and practical realization of its growth and excellence, it is necessary to know more precisely the strategic components of its security in a complex and chaotic era.One of the components of security in the Islamic world is the component of the Islamic world’s solidarity. Recognition of its indices and its position among other strategic components of the security of the Islamic world is one of the urgent requirements of today’s Islamic world.The main goal of this research is to identify the strategic components of security in the Islamic world with an approach to the solidarity of the Islamic world.This research was applied in descriptiveanalytical manner. For data collection, library methods (documents) and researchermade questionnaire have been used. The statistical population of this research is based on the 6 characteristics of the researchers and limited access to the security experts of the Islamic world to 30 people in our country and the sample population is consistent with the statistical society.The results of the research showed that the most important strategic components of security in the Islamic world are as follows: 1.
