عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی موثر بر همگرایی امنیت جمعی در منطقه خلیج‌فارس

خلیج‌فارس منطقه‌ای است راهبردی که اجزای تشکیل‌دهنده آن به‌طور لاینفک به یکدیگر وابسته‌اند و هر حرکتی که در یکی از واحدهای آن پدید آید در نقطه‌ی دیگری از منطقه منعکس می‌گردد. به‌منظور حفظ وحدت منطقه الزامی است که یک همکاری همه‌جانبه و منسجم توسط اعضای تشکیل‌دهنده آن صورت پذیرد و این مهم در سایه همکاری و همیاری میسر است. در چارچوب همگرایی است که کشورهای منطقه قادر خواهند بود منافع خود را آن‌طور که مشخص کرده‌اند، دنبال نمایند بدون اینکه ارزش‌های دولت‌های دیگر منطقه مورد تهدید قرار دهند و یا از اهمیت آن بکاهند. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل ژئوپلیتیک همگرای موثر بر امنیت جمعی منطقه خلیج‌فارس بوده و روش تحقیق با استفاده از روش دلفی کلاسیک و در قالب رویکرد نظریه‌های همگرایی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 35 نفر کارشناس و خبره در حوزه ژئوپلیتیک، امنیت و روابط بین‌الملل بوده که در ابتدا برای به دست آوردن اجماع در مورد مولفه‌های ژئوپلیتیکی همگرا، طی سه مرحله مولفه‌ها موردبررسی و نهایتاً 34 مولفه مورد اجماع قرار گرفت. طبق یافته‌های تحقیق مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های ژئوپلیتیکی که موثر بر همگرایی امنیت جمعی در منطقه خلیج‌فارس بوده و بالاترین تاثیر را دارد عبارت‌اند از: پیروی اکثریت مردم منطقه از دین مبین اسلام به‌عنوان عامل پایدار و انسجام بخش، هم‌جواری و پیوستگی جغرافیایی کشورهای منطقه، وجود ذخایر مناسب فسیلی و معدنی در کشورهای منطقه و وابستگی اقتصاد این کشورها به درآمدهای نفتی، تشکیل و تقویت کمیته مشترک کشورهای ساحلی برای امور زیست‌محیطی، ارتباط کشورهای منطقه خلیج‌فارس با حوزه‌های ژئوپلیتیکی مهم منطقه غرب آسیا، عضویت اغلب کشورها در شورای همکاری خلیج‌فارس.

Geopolitical factors affecting the convergence of collective security in the Persian Gulf region

The Persian Gulf is a strategic region whose components are inextricably linked to each other. And every movement that occurs in one of its units is reflected in another part of the region. In order to maintain the unity of the region, it is necessary that a comprehensive and coherent cooperation be made by its constituent members And this is possible in the shadow of cooperation and collaboration. It is in the context of convergence that the countries of the region will be able to pursue their interests as they have defined Without threatening or diminishing the values of the governments of other regions. The purpose of this study is to identify convergent geopolitical factors affecting the collective security of the Persian Gulf region. The research method is using the classical Delphi method and in the form of convergence theories approach. The statistical population of this study includes 35 experts in the field of geopolitics, security and international relations Initially to reach a consensus on convergent geopolitical components During three stages, the components were examined and finally 34 components were agreed upon as follows The majority of the people of the region follow the religion of Islam as a stable and unifying factor, Proximity and geographical continuity of countries in the region, Existence of suitable fossil and mineral reserves in the countries of the region and the dependence of their economies on oil revenues, Establish and strengthen the Joint Committee of Coastal Countries for Environmental Affairs, The relationship between the countries of the Persian Gulf region and the important geopolitical areas of the West Asian region, Membership of most countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council.
