راهبردهای دانشگاه عالی دفاع ملی در مسیر تمدن‌سازی در افق 1410 ه‌ .ش

فرمانده معظم کل قوا(مدظله العالی) در بیانیه موسوم به گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی در راستای تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی، نقش ویژه ای برای دانشگاه ها قائل شدند. در همین چارچوب، «دانشگاه عالی دفاع ملی» دارای نقش ویژه ای در تربیت مدیران شایسته برای مرحله ساخت دولت اسلامی و جامعه اسلامی و همچنین حضور فعال در فرایند تصمیم گیری در سطح ملی و نیروهای مسلح است. هدف این مقاله ارائه راهبردهای برای چگونگی ایفای این نقش و کارکرد برای دانشگاه عالی دفاع ملی به عنوان یک دانشگاه پیشرو در تراز انقلاب اسلامی در افق 1410 هجری شمسی است. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، کیفی از نوع اکتشافی به شمار می آید که پس از مرور مبانی نظری، پیشینه شناسی و با انجام مصاحبه (داده های کیفی) 10 نفر از خبرگان حوزه مدیریت راهبردی، داده های تحقیق گردآوری و مدل نهایی تکمیل و ارائه شده است. براساس یافته های پژوهش، دانشگاه عالی دفاع ملی برای ایفای نقش موثر در زمینه سازی تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی باید اهداف کلان و راهبردهایی را که از مصاحبه با خبرگان به دست آمده است را تحقق بخشد. مدل ارائه شده از 7 هدف کلان تشکیل شده و برای تحقق این اهداف، مجموعا 59 راهبرد احصاء گردیده است.

Strategies of the Higher National Defense University on the path of civilization in the horizon of 1410 AH

The Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces (Mudzalah AlAali) in a statement called the second step of the Islamic Revolution in order to achieve a new Islamic civilization, gave a special role to universities. In this context, the Higher National Defense University has a special role in training competent managers for the construction phase of the Islamic State and the Islamic community, as well as active participation in the decisionmaking process at the national level and the armed forces. The purpose of this article is to provide strategies for how to play this role and function for the Higher National Defense University as a leading university at the level of the Islamic Revolution on the horizon of 1410 AH.  . The present research is applied in terms of purpose and methodically, it is a kind of exploratory type that after reviewing the theoretical foundations, historiography and conducting interviews (qualitative data) of 10 experts in the field of strategic management, the research data is collected. And the final model is completed and presented. According to the research findings, the Higher National Defense University, in order to play an effective role in paving the way for the realization of a new Islamic civilization, must achieve the grand goals and strategies obtained from interviewing experts. The proposed model consists of 7 major goals and to achieve these goals, a total of 59 strategies have been counted.
