اولویت‌بندی مولفه‌های سیاست‌ دفاعی امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران (بر اساس قرآن کریم، بیانات امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی)، قانون اساسی، چشم‌انداز،سیاست‌های کلی و قانون برنامه پنجم توسعه جمهوری اسلامی ایران)

سیاست دفاعی باید به ایجادکننده هماهنگی، وحدت رویه در عمل سیاسی در دوره زمانی تعریف‌شده خود باشد، در غیر این صورت، بازیگران دچار تشتت الگوی رفتاری می‌شوند. لذا سیاست دفاعی معمولاً به‌وسیله رهبران و حاکمان، دولتمردان و اسناد بالادستی تعیین و ابلاغ می­شود. به همین خاطر مقاله حاضر باهدف احصاء و شناسایی مولفه‌های سیاست‌ دفاعی امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران از بیانات امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی)، قانون اساسی، چشم‌انداز، سیاست‌های کلی و قانون برنامه پنجم توسعه جمهوری اسلامی ایران به رشته تحریر درآمده است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی پیمایشی صورت گرفته و جامعۀ آماری آن تعداد 30 نفر از افراد شاخص نظامی و مدیران رده‌بالای کشوری می‌باشند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد و از آنجائی که داده‌ها نرمال بودند، برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل آن‌ها از آزمون‌های پارامتری بهره‌جویی شده است. چهار اولویت اول مولفه‌های اثرگذار سیاست‌ دفاعی امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به شرح زیر می‌باشد:آموزه‌های دینی اخلاقی، فرامین و تدابیر مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله­العالی) و امام راحل (رحمت ا... علیه)، قانون اساسی، دکترین و سیاست‌های کلان ابلاغی ج.ا.ایران تحولات محیطی (بین‌المللی و داخلی)

Prioritization of the components of the defensesecurity policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran (based on the Holy Quran, statements of Imam Khamenei (as), the constitution, vision, general policies and the law of the Fifth Development Plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran)

Defense policy must create harmony, unity of procedure in political action in its defined period of time, otherwise the actors will be divided. . Therefore, defense policy is usually determined and communicated by leaders and rulers, statesmen and upstream documents. Therefore, the present article has been written with the aim of counting and identifying the components of the defensesecurity policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran from Imam Khamenei’s statements, constitution, vision, general policies and the law of the Fifth Development Plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research has been done by descriptivesurvey method and its statistical population is 30 military personnel and highranking managers of the country. A researchermade questionnaire was used to collect data and since the data were normal, parametric tests were used to analyze them. The first four priorities of the effective components of the defensesecurity policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran are as follows:  Religiousmoral teachings, orders and measures of the Supreme Leader (may God bless him and grant him peace) and the late Imam (may God have mercy on him), constitution, doctrine and macropolicies of the Islamic Republic of Iran Environmental developments (international and domestic)
